LPG prices on the up

Just paid 87p a litre. When I first got the LPG car a few years ago it was 50p. So an increase of 74% in 3 years

I know everything is on the up, I'm just hoping LPG won't go how diesel has gone and soon be more expensive than petrol. I'm already seriously considering changing to a diesel commuter car now as the benefits of LPG appear to be dwindling. :(

87p?! Holy crap, not major amounts compared to petrol...but as you were saying it was 50p down here a couple if not even a year ago! doesnt look like there is going to be much point converting to LPG soon, bloody fuel prices are ridonkulous!

It used to be way under half the cost of petrol but going by the average prices it isn't any more.

Lpg was 40p per litre in 2006

Unleaded was 90p per litre in 2006

Lpg is now 78p per litre

Unleaded is 1.30p per litre

Its closing the gap quite considerably and making it less and less attractive to have fitted if your buying the equipment and have the outlay of that to take into account
