Removing my engine

Agree with Lee. Did mine a few weeks back but took engine out and left the transmission. What a pain of a job. The bell housing bolts are a nightmare to get to. Take it out in one. Never done a supra before so spent about a day doing this.

 

Thats exectly why Im taking the whole lot out

It's so much easier to pull the whole lot out.

 

Remarkable how 'whole' the motor is when it comes out the hole too!!!!! Leave the loom on and pull that thru the bulkhead, you will only need to disconnect a couple of things, T cable, engine mounts etc. Everything is so much easier with it on the floor. BUT be warned it is VERY heavy.
