Looking for a fast and quick venue to host your next club event! Then look no further than Shakespeare County Raceway otherwise known as the friendly and helpful race track. With a new drag racing and Run What You Brung season just around the corner may we take this opportunity to present to you and your club mates a timely reminder about our quarter mile drag meets and Public Track Day show weekends taking place at Warwickshire based drag strip in 2011.

 

The day can be tailor made to fit around you and your club; dedicated parking areas, knockout competitions and speed shootouts can be made available to suit your day or weekend. The only cost to you will be the general £12 admission to the venue (under 16's are FREE), and £20 (day) or £35 (weekend) Sign-on for unlimited runs on the track. After you complete a run of the quarter mile every member of your club will receive a personal performance print-out giving you all the car/bike timing details plus timing details of the vehicle in the opposing lane giving you a benchmark to aim for on your next run!

 

Shakespeare County Raceway can also offer you Gamblers Races! For an extra £10 towards the days overall prize fund to the winner and runner up, you can experience Bracket Racing with qualifying and a knockout style eliminator. Just ask for details. Don’t forget your driving licence! Helmets are required for both cars and bikes whatever the speed.

 

Shakespeare County also offers full catering and a well stocked late night bar facilities and evening entertainment during event and race weekends.

April 16th/17th - Public Track Day RWYB & Gamblers Race

April 30th/May 1st – Public Track Day RWYB & Gamblers Race

May 14th/15th – MSA/ACU Springspeed National Drag Races

May 28th/30th - Yanks Weekend & Big Bucks Gamblers Race

June 11th/12th - Public Track Day RWYB Weekend, Shakey Super Pull & For Ladies That Launch

June 25th/26th - NSRA Nostalgia Nationals (for pre ’73 cars only)

July 9th/10th - Public Track Day RWYB Weekend & British Mini Showdown

July 23rd/24th – Public Track Day RWYB & Gamblers Race

August 11th/14th - Bulldog Bash Bikers Festival

August 27th/29th – MSA/ACU Open Sport National Drag Races

September 16th/18th - NSRA Hot Rod Drags (for pre ’73 cars only)

October 1st/2nd - Public Track Day RWYB Ford Fever Weekend & Gamblers Race

October 15th/16th - Public Track Day RWYB Weekend & Gamblers Race

October 29th/30th - Halloween Bonfire Burn-Up RWYB Weekend & Gamblers Race

*Pro Street Drag Series and Honda Drag Series dates to be added in the new year.
