I would be inclined to install a Thatcham Cat 1 device on the car. The price you pay may well bring the insurance down and pay for the Cat 1 device in itself

 

Clifford, Cobra, Sigma, Toad take your pic. Tracker would be good also

 

Put a quote in with a Sigma S30 and see what comes back

How does this 2nd car thingy work. I'm currently insured on a *cough*fiatpunto*cough* with flux direct... Don't I take put 2nd car with same company!??

flux direct should do similer, phone them up and ask them to insure the car, as a second car, and as a classic car, will be fully comp then,

Serious speed!! Amazing pull (at any speed) slightly confused about the "apexi boost" readings and other gizmos. Need to figure out how to use these. Something under the steering wheel too (boost charger? Not sure)

just tried, didn't work as planned.
