For what it is worth, you do not need a cage or Recaro's! I had this fitted (with the back seat out) to the standard seatbelt mounting points, on my standard Toyota seats, shoulder belts going under the head rest. This belt is designed to fit MKIV standard mounts drivers side only. If fitted as a passenger harness, you need an anchorage plate in the tunnel as the right hand lap belt will be to too long.
