ok. one cat removed as i can see and i think they upped the boost. and yes it is a before and after graph, it also has hks super dragger pipe and thats all that i can think of that would make a difference oh and i think the ecu has been messed with but i don't know?? i wan't oppinions cos i think that alot more should have been done to produce these readings safely for the engine?? but i don't know alot about the mods game so i am learning al the way  :thanks:

Looking at the 1st graph it shows a very high hp and boost pressure for a fully catted car, theres no way it would be putting out that sort of power or boost unless something has already been done to up the boost (bleed valve or maybe one cat gone already?).

The power you see for a single cat removal is also a bit optomistic, so I would not pay too much attention to the figures. I also think that unless both cats are now gone 1.2 bar could be a bit unsafe... Did they give you a readout of the AFR graph? (this is the most important bit of info a rolling road can provide!)

If you're only interested in the plugs (as opposed to wtf the garage has done to you car  ), then go for either IK22's (good for BPU motors), or the cheaper option, which will require more regular replacement NGKBKR7E.

The question of 'which spark plugs to use' has been asked a quadrillion times, just search for "spark plugs" and most of your questions will already be answered.

Give Paul K a call at Miami-GT, he should be able to give a once over to see whats been done to it. Theres a few others in the West london area that come recommended too. Sorry, don't know any good garage in Essex.
