I think I read they actually hinder performance (think it was on supraforums), andI know its a bit off topic but ive been quoted around £500 to have them fitted and shimmed. That sounds a bit steep to me but I might be wrong... Fitting wise we would charge around £250 approx depending on if it needs shimming or not, most of the time they dont. I bought them with loads of stuff so not sure mate, dusty is pretty good though, i always deal with him via pm, for reference my 256 jun cams was way out when fitted, i paid Lee £300 to fully shim and fit them.
