Homer
It's possible with the right mods, yes. Would cost a lot of money to do though. However, I'm very scepical of the power claim, especially as IIRC it has a w58 box.

Supra-Brett
Yes, easily with the right amount of work, but i would hazard a guess that they have lost the dyno sheet. Its not worth almost 16K looking like that. Dash looks horrid, and its got a crappy fog light conversion
jacko
It always puzzles me why you would spend so much money on an NA/TT conversion. If you are serious about big power wouldnt you buy a TT in the first place?
Homer
It always puzzles me why you would spend so much money on an NA/TT conversion. If you are serious about big power wouldnt you buy a TT in the first place? I think what you mean it a NA-T conversion like the one in the add. It's not cost effective for the power gains which is why most go the NA-TT conversion, then single that if they want big power. To be fair I can understand why people change engines from NA to TT. If they have a nice or new NA and are attached to the car they've spent a lot of time & money on it's often preferred to just modify that than sell up and start again with an unknown. jacko
Ye sorry i meant NA-T. It seems to just add more work than is necessary

Very true. Still, that car looks a mess and is grossly overpriced!

mr veilside
This car was for sale some time ago at a local importers called import car warehouse in tulse hill. They have now closed down and the car was going for about 11 thousand then.
Kirk
i dont understand why there are biased opinions about going NA-T on here.. it effectively just the same as going single on a TT. It doesnt cost that much more, the only thing you have to bare in mind is that the NA is high compression and you need a thicker HG to bring it down somewhat to turn the power up... whats hard about that? but as for the price!! L33
be it na or tt 500 is a respectable bhp value! that price is mad tho thinking of what you can get on here for that price

No, it's nothing like the same mate. And no, it's not biased, it's based on the experience that a great many people that have gone this route have acheieved. To do it properly it *does* cost a lot more and the results are not the same as the same conversion on the TT. The NA system has so many compromises it's very difficult to get them above BPU power. As an NA owner wanting more power I've spend days on end working out all the costs and based on what's aceheivable NA-T is the most expensive turbo route, with the smallest gains.
