martini
So if I got an aerotop, I could pay just under £3k for a TT conversion? (does that include someone fitting it?)
keron
So if I got an aerotop, I could pay just under £3k for a TT conversion? (does that include someone fitting it?) yes. for an auto it would mean changing the box too so about £2600 all done/fitted..
martini
That's a bloody good price. Almost worth me finding a sexy aerotop and then dumping a TT inside of it...

Matt _Aero top_
jyst wait till you try to insure it!!! Thats what my next question was going to be . how do people find it insuring the supra after an engine swop , do you need engineers reports or anything like that ? EdMorris
Thats what my next question was going to be . how do people find it insuring the supra after an engine swop , do you need engineers reports or anything like that ? I got an agreed value insurance deal through Adrian Flux. You can specify exactly what you've done to it, with receipts etc, and they will quote accordingly. Or get a 'modified car' quote. Give them a call before you go ahead and do it, so there are no nasty surprises.

Jezz
Not at all, it was only for the tt side of things, someone said that you might be able to quote me for the lot aswell? Ah got ya. It would normally be around £6k, but as things are tough at the moment, it would probably be more like £5k.
