Hi, bud just had the same happen to my rsr right on the first weld of the can. But i had a spare rsr can which was a bit bigger 3" bore off a TT. So i popped in to powerflow and they made me a stainless pipe from cat to can for £100. and its spot on. Could not beleive the rsr pipe was crapy mild steel. So all depends were yours has gone:eyebrows:

It sounds like mine has gone in the same place, just on the weld where the pipe meets the can. It has rotted all round the join and disintegrated when the MOT tester was poking it. The rest of the pipe is pretty rotten too!

can it be welded,if so if you fancy a drive to plymouth i will weld it up for you.
