Your wheels should pull central from the chamfer on the nuts anyway .

I would just change the studs as other members have said .

 

i wouldn't do that, if take rings out you wheels will start to wobble i got some new 18s for my calibra they didnt have rings in them i must took my car 4 times to get them balanced took car down A45

car wobbled like a jelly every time .Then i got some rings for all 4 wheels went out down A45 solid no wobble. just get new studs and torque them up .

changing studs should take you 30 min at the most. I had to change my rears when I put the CR's on as they had spacers that needed the original studs cut back

 

ive never done this before so i have to take off the calipers and the disk tracie is a bit worried about me messing with the brakes,do i just hammer them out (gently ;) ) or do i need a special tool,just ordered 15 studs from toyota northampton £32 any advice or how to very welcome (and needed lol :D )
