What I am saying that whether driving fast or not if you're driving properly you don't have much time to admire the scenery. If you are then you're probably one of those annoying drivers that fannies about speeding up and slowing down, going over the centre line, wobbling about etc due to lack of concentration. In that case, we are all able to drive perfectly, and take in all the scenery too, without looking ridiculously out of control.
