I was wondering if anyone could point me to past projects, I tried using search to no avail! Also, any V8's recommended? I was thinking 5.0L mustang or Dodge HEMI... j_jza80 Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 It has been done before (though I think it was a ford windsor V8 off the top of my head), but why not use the 2uz? It gives you an almost factory fit, where the others will be a PITA. The only ones that may be better are the chevy LT engines due to thier low weight. I like Mustang engines, the 4.7L is too small and not enough to be able to work with. Can do a lot more with a 5.0L + mustang or Dodge engine than a 4.7L UZ... Thanks, I was looking at a chevy block but there's so much to choose from, the Dodge HEMI engines are beautiful so I am highly considering one!
