DodgyRog Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 I have a N/A and use it daily and as others have said I am already( after less than a year ) considering a TT conversion, but to be honest with you if money is a consideration to you, then maintance on a N/A is much more flexible and you will get a good N/A for £4200 or a towards the bottom of the pile TT auto. If you want a nice clean car I think you should really look at an N/A, the classifieds on here should show you that, although once and a while a good deal comes up, especially with running costs spiralling Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Scooter Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 i've not seen any for sale for a while but a 6 speed NA may be a good choice. You could probably get one for £4-5K whereas an equivalent (ie 96 on facelift) TT would be £8k+ So you could see how you like the NA, if you get tired of it then a engine swap is a possibility as very little will need to be enhanced/upgraded on that type of NA.
