N/A still good fun?

I have a N/A and use it daily and as others have said I am already( after less than a year ) considering a TT conversion, but to be honest with you if money is a consideration to you, then maintance on a N/A is much more flexible and you will get a good N/A for £4200 or a towards the bottom of the pile TT auto.

If you want a nice clean car I think you should really look at an N/A, the classifieds on here should show you that, although once and a while a good deal comes up, especially with running costs spiralling

i've not seen any for sale for a while but a 6 speed NA may be a good choice.

You could probably get one for £4-5K whereas an equivalent (ie 96 on facelift) TT would be £8k+

So you could see how you like the NA, if you get tired of it then a engine swap is a possibility as very little will need to be enhanced/upgraded on that type of NA. Even the total amount you'd need to spend to end up with a manual facelift TT will be reasonable this way.....
