When i put my foot down, it use to drop down a gear and sorta jump forward, but now its just so sluggish, and doesnt seem to want to go anywhere. This has only been over the last week. I am just worried that it could be something serious. I have the auto box, no turbo unfortunatly Any ideas? Thank Get the g/box oil checked, there should be a dipstick next to the engine oil dipstick under the bonnet. (not 100% certain as its an NA, not sure if there auto boxes are different to those on the TT ). You havnt had anymore of those nasty 'knock it into reverse when driving foward' moments? Worried you may have done some damage . I will never forget that day when for a split second i thought my last mental image would be of your boot, haha.
