Do you mean height, rebound, etc? How come you want just a set of rears? Also depends on what you do with the car, just road or track days aswell. You cant go wrong with a set of Tein super streets for a nice all round adjustable set of dampers.

fronts were fitted in Japan but rears weren't, the rear appears to have dropped over last couple of months and handeling is bad back keeps kickeing out when I hit a manhole cover. At the mo I'm not doing track days so just general stuff.

Sounds like the rear springs have had thier day. Im no expert though so wait for more input from those who know more. I would imagine you need to do all 4 springs at once to get the best out of the car.

I've got bilsteins at the mo.:blonde:
