Doesn't sound as good to me. Reading the reviews it doesn't seem a patch either. I'm guessing this is your opinion and not based on an experts opinion?

It's just a perfect smartphone. It's a phone, it's very smart, but to use it's like a feature-phone and less smartphone like (i.e. annoying all around the houses menus). It has 3.5G like the N95. It has a great keypad, it has S60v3 fp2 (9.2) like the N95. The S60 keys have been redesigned so they are of use now. The screen is bright. The battery life is good. It has more RAM than the regular N95 and a faster processor (although only one of them) than the N95. It looks better than an N95 and it's more comfortable to use than an N95.

It's without doubt a better smartphone than the N95. It's just not as good a movie player as the N95.

you can't even import your contacts correctly or transfer anthing via bluetooth

So you spent 275quid without researching what you were buying :/

Still quite happy with mine, the updates are adding more functionality all the time

One of my Wife's friends had the same trouble. I'm guessing i got lucky as the original version seemed to have a lot of flaws. The good ones were good but the bad ones were terrible.

I have to say the 8gb one sounds more interesting. I didn't realise they had increased the RAM like they did with the NAM version, which is something that was badly needed, and I didn't realise the screen was bigger. The screen on the original N95 was lovely to begin with. It's too fat though as well ;)
