Sorry to hear they don't fit Matt Like b'have says its not possible to get lower than 10mm. I sell Eibach hubcentric kits, TUV approved so high quality. Pricey mind, they are around £80 a kit. Gaz. Guest CoolsBlue
see, no probs with the spacers, and sanding arches 4mm is painless!
steb9780
I can make you some 6mm ones up Matt if you need it. I was just asking if a custom set could be made due to people saying you can only get 10mm thick ones. I thought that might be minimum thickness etc.

Yes that's what I mean by the previous post, is there something other than them not being readily available in the size you want? As you say like the studs etc. I thought somebody like Gaz etc. might know more about it.
juanchan
Clearing brakes is sooooooooo over rated!! Indeed it is! Although it really bugs me having those pathetic little 3-4mm things to ensure they clear the uk brakes!
suprattgaz
I machined my own. My fronts clear the callipers by microns!!!! (well, half a mil! (500 microns!!)LOL )
bromy
Really, how come people are saying that you cant do shorter? thought it was too do with the stud? Ideally the tapped holes depth in the spacer that takes the studs needs to be 1.5 x the diameter of the stud.
R Black
I was told they had be 10 mil so they would be strong enough, any less and possible failures.

Ah right, I didn't realise that the studs had to go into the spacers. 10mm does sound about right then for the minimum thickness. Indeed that's right you should have 1.5 times the diameter in the hole.
