I dont think so! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-17181413.rsp?pa_n=8&tr_t=buy Gotta be the most overpriced property I've seen for a long time! Looks stunning, I would not say it is too overpriced to be honest. There is a market for these kind of homes. Lighthouses carry a high demand aswell, if I had the money I would love to stay in a Lighthouse or even windmill.
hiten55
wouldnt say its over priced. living in London makes you appreciate all that open space, country air and peace and quiet to be honest.
far
1.7mil buys you a whole lotta house though, makes the windmill look a bit small imo
dangerous brain
I'd really love that house. Look at the views!! Th einside is all proper sorted. And its like 18th century so that costs a huge amount of money to restore properly. Swimming pool me up as well. Theres houses with half the character for double the money down sand banks in Poole. dangerous brain
Nope I'd still take the windmill. Its only 20 minutes drive to where I now work Its also got a hell of a lot less upkeep than 20 acres.
