I think I've priced it slightly cheaper, but not too cheap, than the market rate in the current climate. It's up for sale as I need to do a lot more mileage and I don't have space to have 2 cars. Anyhow someone will be getting a bargain. Supras are really fantastic cars. Geoff

Hello I'm in the South East, in the region where the local water company has obtained a drought order. I notice that all the local jetwashs are closed, and there is no way I'm putting the supra though a car-wash. So how do I clean my car ? Can I still use a bucket of water ? Cheers Geoff

The screws that hold them in are glued, so when I replace the boot rubbers I had to drilled the screws out first. Doesn't take long though. Geoff

Hi My bro has a Pug 306, which has developed a petrol leak. Is there any 'stuff' that can temporarily stop this ? I've not seen the leak myself and I've been told is coming from directly underneath the tank, down the rear wheel arch. Interestingly I was also told that the leak only happen while at a angle, and not on a flat surface. Any help would be appreciated Cheers Geoff

Filled up with Optimax last night, was 98.9p. I have access to Tesco 99, but no idea what the price for this is. Any idea on why petrol prices have suddenly shot up ?

Welcome ! A lot of interest in a new female member, never would have guessed that !! It's unlikely that I'll ever get to an East Anglian meet, so will never know what she looks like. GK

I've got some old Evo mags on my desk. June 02 has the Supra listed with a 0-60 time of 6.2 May 03 has the Supra listed with a 0-60 time of 5.1 May 04 doesn't have the Supra listed. Comment is Japan's 928 - Didn't realise I was going that fast officer. Got 3 stars. In a buyers guide section they did an article about getting a "cheap" rear wheel drive car which featured a 300zx, mk3 supra and a I think a 2nd gen rx-7. Can remember the issue, but I have it at home somewhere.

The problems posted seem to be the opposite to what happens with mine. If I leave mine for more than a hour then when I startup the revs arevery high between 1800 and 2000 rpm and it takes a good 5 mins to get down to 1000 and below. Will cleaning the IAC help in this suitation or is my problem something else ? Here is a link on MKIV.com to some info on cleaning the IAC http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/parts/iac/index.html

Hey Suprastill and others I'm trying to sell my sup, advertised in autotrader and also on here and another uk supra forum. No joy what-so-ever. Mines a 93 GZ TT, 63k miles, in stock condition. Advertised it for £8,750 which I thought was about right. If you have any advise on how to sell I'd appreciate it. People say ebay is a waste of time. Cheers Geoff

Yeah the price is cheaper than optimax from the Shell Roundabout in Horley ! My car seems to be smoother .... I don't know if this is real or not as I'm expecting a difference. I haven't reset the ECU either. Geoff

Hi I also have my 93 TT supra for sale, with an ad in the for sale section. It's up for £8,750. Mines also in Autotrader and Topmarques. It's been well looked after and serviced. It's got a new MOT and I've just bought 12months TAX for it. I haven't had interest yet! other than these companies that claim they have to interested people. Anybody have any experience of these ? Like suprasam, is mine overpriced or is it just not a busy market at the moment ? Cheers Phoenix_TT (Geoff)

Hello All Here are some pics of my supra, which is currently up for sale. As I'm not a "proper" member I can't post in the for sale section, so Supragal posted details for me. It's for sale at £8,750. Here is the for sale posting: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=511366#post511366 Phoenix_TT (Geoff)

Yep, Top Gear last night was the best of the series so far. I was also cracking up at some of the comments/bits of the race to Oslo. The SLR is awesome and that sound too it's so unique ! I've love the look of the car and it's even better in the flesh. The DBR9 was amazing and what a time around the track, 1:08. It's a shame that the DBRS9 didn't do a lap time. I've been to a Top Gear recording, it was an excellent afternoon and well worth going. Clarkson and Hammond are excellent presenters and funny. They're also quite friendly and during the interval we managed to get photos with Hammond and Clarkson. Had a chat with Hammond too. Geoff
