    You shouldnt have to but some times you need to do things that aren right :thumbdown And as for how long they have had it, dont they keep a record of all the cars they take in on site for insrance ect. And a booking in book so they dont over book each day (if they are that busy). Plus all your papper work form the day you got your hire car, why would you pay out for that if you had your own !!!!!! (not that theat means much in court though)

    Not meaning to be sexist now but when you go down there at lunch or when ever you will pop down, why dont you take a bloke with you or even a couple, see if they give you the same crap then. And ask to see the car so you can see how much they have done or not to it ??? Then if they do at leaste you know not to use them again as they are tossers lol ... but then if they have messed you about this time i doubt you will go back any way !

    did mine and it came up with a dating agency !!! The worst bit is its me and all my details, and i know i didnt do it. did the gf's too and shes on the dating agency lol .... some one has been taking the piss i think !!! lol
