Maybe. I care though: we’re not as swimming in space as I originally thought we would be but we could try and make space for a few if this happens again -
PPS. Show entry tickets go up in price this Friday (25th), so if you’d like to join us at the cheaper price, get buying before then please.

For those asking, the show itself sells Friday only or Saturday only day tickets. If you’d like to pop along and say hi for the day, you can purchase these direct, but won’t be able to have your car on the show stand (show rules I’m afraid, not ours) ps I’m still looking for breakfast chefs and I’m not making any arrangements for vegetarians, as no-one has said. Please speak up on this asap if you are

May already have what I need, but just in case the overall Yakushi organiser has asked if we have any decent supra pics we can use for flyers similar to the attached.. Must be: 1)portrait orientation 2)your car - and you give permission 3)you took the photo and you give permission anyone? :)

In that case yes please, that’s kind and it would be very helpful change of plans re firewood so request to all: if you want fire please bring some fire wood. I’ll bring a bag, and we’ll have a fire pit, but if you want to be warm at night, this is in your hands :)

I’m gonna try and get some cheap stuff we can keep in the kit: it’s quite hard to keep track when stuff belongs to people and make sure we don’t lose it but thank you for the offer.

Attendees, please remember to bring: - your own tent/bedding etc - a bowl/plate - something to drink out of - your own cutlery - something to sit on If anyone has any special food requirements (eg vegetarian), please PM me to confirm. If you don't do this, your food for the weekend could be pretty boring! I'm still looking for BBQ chef's - @inazonepretty sure I remember your Dad volunteered you for something? Anyone else up to help?

Nice work Keith and Wests Car spaces now very limited so please get your tickets booked asap. Just over a month to go on this now! No deadline for passenger tickets (as long as extra passengers ≠ extra tents) For those who have already booked their tickets, please look out for a PM to confirm email address I'm sending them to (if for any reason you want to come and car spaces have run out when you try and book please PM me as I might be able to book more plots)

no specific deadline at the mo but car tickets are limited, so car tickets will be available until the last one is sold. 7 or 8 to go from memory. Sooner would be helpful though as it makes my life easier
