  2. Really ? Thats interesting cos i only ever heard folk rave about them, i must admit though i bought my first replica kit from them and the guy seemed a bit dodgy.....cash only and no vat, no receipt etc. LOL nevermind i got the kit i wanted.
  3. Am sure lots of others will agree with me how pathetically cr@p TV is nowadays at the weekends. The girlfriend and i were discussing it the other day, and i could remember when i was younger (not that long ago before anyone makes a comment )and TV was GREAT on a saturday night ! You used to have programs like:- The A-Team Knight Rider Streethawk Airwolf Magnum P.I. Baywatch (boobs galore) Noels House Party Blind Date (always a decent bird or two in a short skirt ) You Bet Sportscene at 10pm with the days football, (when games were all played on a sunday like they SHOULD be !) TV nowadays is just crap, theres not even that much on digital now, and certainly no programs like some of the above Can anyone else remember any quality viewing and what we are missing now ? Oh those were the days................... Michael

  9. Ok am gonna give it a bash at last.........but what i want to know, before i jack the car up at each corner is............ 1) Am i going to be able to do this myself with good tools but without an airline ? 2) Am i going to need to compress the springs to get the top mounts off the old struts and onto the Teins ? I assume yes ? 3) Is the car going to need to be on a 4 poster or can i do it one corner at a time (got a feeling anti roll bar will have stress on one side if i jack it up but does that need disconnected at the drop link or not ?) Cheers in advance Michael

  11. Anyone on the forum recently purchased a kitten per chance ? When we got our puppy we got vouchers from the vet for a Free Pedigree Puppy Pack, with food, treats, packs of food and a toy etc, worth about £10-12. But for some reason we also got one for a Kitten Pack lol No point wasting the voucher, so i took both packs, and if anyone here has a young kitten then let me know, and as its quite big if you paypal me the postage you can have it for nothing. Cant say fairer than that. Free Kitten food hamper ! First one to PM me their details i will send paypal details to and its theirs Gratis...........Free............Nada ! Michael

  17. Anyone got access to an EPC with an exploded diagram of the Suspension on a MKIV N/A by any chance ? I am putting top mounts etc on my Teins with a view to fitting them next week, but without taking apart my current standard suspension, am unsure what mount plate / bracket etc goes in what order. Will have all the top mounts and brackets etc ready to be assembled on top of the Teins, but would like to see a diagram with what order and what way up they go on and where etc. I know most of it is common sense, but believe me if i can do it wrong i probably will ! lol Would be very greatful if someone could email me the exploded diagram from the Parts Catalogue / Workshop Manual. Off to have a look on mkiv.com and see if theres anything on there. Email is michgellie @ aol . com (without the spaces) Thanks a lot in advance folks Michael
  18. No mate the 11 was the vertical, the 9 odd is the angled one and the 8 odd is the bottom line
  19. PMSL @ "The Python" lol
  20. Hope their turbos are better than their VCRs then !!
  21. Kinda hard cos of the shape of it, but approx 11inches by 8.75 by 9.75 But its not straight edges, except one........so thats just a rough triangle size. HTH
  22. Just been home to collect the post, and cant believe what i just saw.........over the past few weeks i have noticed a fair few folk, especially women !! (no offence) sitting really close to the steering wheels. It actually cracks me up when i see this cos it just looks daft, but this morning, i was sitting about 75 on the dual carriageway, and out pulls this new style clio from a petrol station right in front of an arctic in the inside lane, which then had to slam on his brakes, causing him to lock-up and drift towards MY lane and me in my van ! (Thank god not the Supra) Thank god he got control and came back into his lane, and my heart dropped out of my throat........and i continued down the outside lane, alongside the Clio.........which was now sitting about 40mph in a 70 limit, with an arctic right behind her........and to my amazement i see a woman in her 40's sitting literally RIGHT UP AGAINST THE STEERING WHEEL, seat adjusted as far forward and upright as possible, seatbelt stretched to the max, with the steering wheel raised up right in front of her chest. Surely to god this cant be safe ?? I mean if she had a head-on collision theres no way in hell she wouldnt get hurt or killed by that coming into her chest / abdomen. She was honestly like 2-3inches MAX off of the steering wheel, and more to the point TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS to what had just happened, staring with maximum concentration about 5 feet in front of her car gazing at the road in front of her, Driving along at 40mph quite the thing, having just pulled out without even looking into the path of a 15+ Tonne fully loaded arctic. This REALLY REALLY gets me angry, cos its dumb stupid ignorant people like this who are the cause of a lot of extremely bad motorway accidents, and they dont even realise the peril they cause !! Unbelievable that people like this are actually sitting so close to a steering wheel and yet there is nothing to say its dangerously close.......yet you get a £40 fine if you dont wear a seatbelt !! Rant over lol.
  23. I like to give it a little squeeze on the throttle after i fill up.........nothing better...........but tend to drive like Miss Daisy when it gets to about a 1/4 tank............probably cos i cant stand the thought of another £50+ gettingf thrown away on liquid that doesnt get me legless !! lol
