  1. Wow I have been spotted at last! I thought the best Supe was the blue one, I think it had a FOR SALE sign in the window. They do some good meets there and for me it's good cos it is on the way home and I can have a pie or two to tide me over b4 tea. I think I might pop along to the Italian night next Thurs, should be a laugh, or even the German one a few weeks later, so I can get behind enemy lines so to speak
  2. Food was OK, pie n chips in the end. Some nice Skylines there but not a lot else. Counted only 6 Supras?
  3. I like the idea of that anthracite colour, it might be the one I saw a few weeks back, is is the one that is too dark for gunmetal and too light for black? Looks coool. What other Euro colours were there
  4. I am gonna go, it will be my first one. I hope they have decent food not just egg n chips
  5. Is it just red, white & black, or gunmetal too? Any other stock colours?
  6. Personally I park as far away from the front as possible; walking to and from my car is the only exercise I do
  7. Parked in the disabled bay outside Waitrose?!
  8. Just get a Jap one m8, we ALL want a low mileage UK spec 6 speed, but then again we all really want a Lambo really. Nowt wrong with Jap, I bet you won't find a single person on here who is not happy with their Jap car and is busting to swap for a UK. Anyway, you have made the CORRECT choice opting for a Supra and whatever you get I guarantee you will not regret it!

    Dead supra

You could probably still salvage the wheels, but not a lot else
  10. We went all the way there and went home again without doing it for the same reason, no way was I gonna get wet & drive back to London with wet kecks up me crack. Looked fun tho eh! BTW, what colour is your car... not grey, not gunmetal, not black...?!?!
  11. Anyone here? Parked right next to me
  12. Question, is Le Mans race track open to use as a track day?
  13. Yeh nickyboy that would have been you just went over the Harrow Road from Ladbroke Grove. Nice one m8 always good to get a wave and luvly looking car too
  14. Always good to get a wave from fellow Supras. Nice lookin' car whoever you are!
  15. Back in London now so no bother. Incidentally, I noticed some odd cameras on the A30 between Okehampton and Redruth (I think) - they aren't SPECS are they?!
  16. Can we see some pics of supras with no spoiler? I know most of you prefer it with that daft wing on it , but many of us don't, so how about some pics please?!
  17. The most westerly supra in the UK? Apart from mine when I was near Lands End briefly at the weekend

    Rally crash!!

I'm liking the funny green car that goes backwards and forwards back to front... I still don't get how it is set up
  19. Yes I have time for 350z. I am trying to convince my m8 to get one instead of some poncy merc
  20. I joined and watch it y'all cos I play to win!
  21. I'd rather have a 924 than a Boxter :littled:

    south of france

I 'did' France a few weeks back. I have driven many places and it is easy the best. Long fast roads, few cars, no cameras/police (well I didn't see any!). The roads were BUILT for the SUPRA! My advice - don't be afraid to floor it, but above all avoid Paris!!!
  23. Easy. One of the main gripes from EVERYONE on this board is the exhorbitant price of petrol. I just want to find out if the more expensive stuff is really worth it, that's all. OK I will give it a go for a month and see what conclusions I can draw. As for supermarkets and outlets with a lesser image like Elf etc, they all draw their fuel from the same big petrol pump in the sky. There are only a few petrol wholesalers in the UK, and it is all pretty much the same stuff whereever you go. I know this cos my girlfriend is in the petrol pump biz.
  24. I just fill up with the normal stuff, yeh. Big mistake? Petrol's expensive enough as it is!
  25. Can someone please give me a more 'scientific' reason why I should buy more expensive petrol than normal unleaded? Saying "smoother delivery of power" and "uptake much quicker" doesn't do much for me. I always thought it was a con by the oil companies to get you to spend more on something that is essentially the same just by rebadging it. I have been running normal unleaded for a year, and I am quite happy. Petrol is petrol, my car goes fast, it does not judder or make funny noises and it has not blown up. Or am I missing something?
