  1. Awesome! If I had £250k under the mattress, I'd snap that up in a heartbeat!
  2. Was he the guy who had it imported from Bonsai? Lovely looking car (was), hope you're doing OK mate.
  3. Unplanned Supra meet in McDonald's tonight!! I popped down for some late dinner around 10.30pm & saw you parked up. Got my food, then left. I was going to pull up for a chat, but my nephew was ill so had to go pick my mum up, and take her round to see him. (I just about saw you go past again going over Newgate Lane bridge, once I'd picked her up around 10 minutes later) Didn't have time to flash then, but gave a wave in Maccy D's! The guilty party in question I hear you ask?! - SuprachargedTT! Still think that kit / colour looks awesome James, even if we are now the local Supra Chavs in that McD carpark!

    Bike crash

    How NOT to show off!
  5. Can I be the guy that pays the £30 + £10 to you, or the raffle pullers and wins please?
  6. Who cares, you could don that suit of armour, grab the axe and start hacking!
  7. Excellent - Thanks folks, especially Holly! So 'stadiums' isn't a valid word then? What an exciting Friday night for me, doing my dissertation You're right there, with any luck it will be revamped this century! There's supposed to be an anouncement soon though. I have a terrible feeling they're going to delay it until the end of next season. That, or build the quickest stadium ever! Oh well, doubt I'll be renewing my season ticket anyway with all the money I've spent on the car in the last few months. As for the away fans, I do feel sorry for them. (Except when it rains, or they need the toilet, or even something to eat!)
  8. A quick 'geeky' (but important) spelling / grammar question really! When referring to stadiums/stadia in the plural, is it a) stadiums or b) stadia I'm supposed to be doing a dissertation on Portsmouth & Southampton and their respective 'grounds' but still haven't got a definitive answer on this! Any stadium / stadia or spelling gurus out there?! Any explanation would be appreciated - and no laughing at my lack of knowledge of the English language!
  9. I'm sure that plate was for sale for £1500 from a company a year or so ago when I was looking at private plates.

    what speed

The NA will happily do 140, maybe up to 150 some members have quoted if I remember correctly!
  11. I've just been down to check them out, but I can't get underneath to the back to check the colour or whether there's fibreglass poking out. They're connected to some sort of undertray 'thingymagiggy' so I can't feel if they're smooth or not. When I've got more time, I'll park on a kerb or something so I can get under there. Good news is they flex fine, so hopefully they're OEM!
  12. Aha! Just leaves... 1) How do you tell if they're original? Is there a stamp on there somewhere? 2) What are the originals made of? I've heard plastic, anything more specific? 3) What alternatives are there? I've heard of fibreglass, and poly-urethane.
  13. I'm guessing now, but is OEM 'optional extra e****'? Someone put me out of my misery / spare me the embaressment!
  14. I just wanted a few questions cleared up on the Toyota sideskirts you get on some Supes. 1) How do you tell if they're original? Is there a stamp on there somewhere? 2) Are the originals by (or made of) OEM? 3) What does OEM stand for? 4) What are the originals made of? I've heard plastic, anything more specific? 5) What alternatives are there? I've heard of fibreglass, and poly-urethane. Just a few questions he says!! Any info would be appreciated Elliot
  15. This car for sale on here? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=392899#post392899
  16. Work!? What's that!? (I've actually spent the last hour trying to find a job online!) I was taking a mate out for a drive, but only live about 20 metres from where I saw you, I'd been out for over an hour but couldn't talk myself into going back in so just carried on driving past! Yup, got a CF bonnet too, I've got a pic in the members garage somewhere. Still got LOADS of work to do to it though, but am still skint!
  17. Stuck on 3 Never been able to do those magic eyes things, I wore glasses as a kid, so figures it was down to that!
  18. Maybe we should change the thread title to - Just back from viewing a Supra...A year ago!
  19. Maybe he's moved to Nigeria?!
  20. What was the spoiler? It looked huge, but really low to the body. I didn't even see what bodykit it was either, as it was dark and I was looking ahead, but caught a glimpse of the classic Supra front lights!

    Esay raeidng

That's great! The only word I struggled on was 'rset!
  22. Gunmetal grey around midday on Gosport Rd, by the Hoeford heading into Gosport. UK spec maybe as it had a bonnet intake. Nice exhaust as well. (I was on my bike) Red, by the concrete jungle/sweetheart plastics roundabout around 6.30pm (I was a few cars behind) Black, around 7.45pm, some kind of bodykit and huge spoiler, by Fareham Reach heading into Gosport, I saw you too late to flash. Anyone from here? (surprised there were no silvers! Must be getting rare, like those V6 Supras!)
  23. Tukes Avenue is a pain as well! They put in those silly red brick speed thingies (good description!) everywhere, as if the roads aren't bumpy enough. They don't slow you down, they just make the car shake! Then, don't even ask me about the parents parked outside the schools everytime I go past & the thousands of schoolkids willing to run out in front of you!! (It's quite funny when they stop walking and point at the car like zombies! )
