  1. After a little 'spirited drive' down the motorway a few days ago with a black Supra, I was heading from Titchfield to Fareham today and pulled up next to the same one! After a bit of talking & driving (is that legal!?) we pulled over and had a look round each others cars. Guys names was Simon, and he was in the middle of an NA to TT conversion, hopefully he'll pop on here as I didn't have any of the little cards we're supposed to give out!
  2. When I started writing there were no replies, and when I pressed post there were 4 more! This forum is really quite quick!
  3. Might be his other reverse light has been converted to a fog light?
  4. I haven't compared to other places as I'm keeping my wing, or going wingless, but this is what's on their website VEILSIDE - Toyota Supra C1 Rear Wing (FRP) Product Code: AE004-05 Price: £256.82 VEILSIDE - Toyota Supra C1 Rear Wing (FRP & CARBON) Product Code: AE004-06 Price: £389.13 Is that any good?
  5. It didn't quite work, so hopefully someone will be able to understand!
  6. Hmm, not sure that worked, well here you are Envy, Whifbitz, Miami GT, Nemesis Veilside C1 Front (pre-f) 537.17, 677, 425 (replica), 417.25 Veilside Sideskirts 350 (original), 483, 395 (replica), 298.03 Veilside Sideskirts & Spats ?, ?, 475 (replica), na Veilside Spats ?, ?, 120 (replica), 112.59 Hope that works!
  7. I've posted up asking for prices, but not had much luck (or replies) so have had a look around. Some of the traders websites don't have prices so obviously they aren't included. Some of the prices I've taken from recent posts. It would be good if someone could help fill in the blanks so I could get the full picture. I'm not sure if any/all of these include VAT or not, but there is a huge variation in price. Now...before anyone shouts 'you pay cheap, you pay twice' aren't Nemesis official importers of Veilside? I'm just wondering why their stuff is cheaper than many other replicas? Does anyone know any other traders who sell Veilside kits? Does anyone bother to shop around, or just buy what people on this site recommend? Veilside Prices.xls
  8. Initially looks (2 NAs), then power!
  9. I might be popping up there with a mate, depending on weather.
  10. 80,000 miles in a year? He must be busy! Does high mileage make the headlights go yellow? I thought it was age, but what do I know.
  11. Cheers Ken I think I have some bolt screwed into the side of the fitting (3 in total) which you can't reach from underneath, but I'll double check before I take out the other bits. It should be a lot quicker now I know how to do it anyway.
  12. Rather than take out my battery and headlight again (on the other side), can anyone tell me which bulb goes in here? I don't mean the orange indicator, but the light that is permanently on Is it a standard Halfrauds jobby, or do I need to order it from somewhere? Also, the orange one next to it - are the insides of the fitting silver, or just the bulb? Can you replace it with the Silvatec bulbs? Thanks
  13. I sold my first Supra to someone from the IOW around 3 years ago, it was silver though!

    Gumball

I'm up for the Eastern Gumball, but it's not on the calendar yet
  15. Thanks Far, that would be much appreciated. Soop Dogg - I've had a quick look on that site and it looks like it deals purely with accidents. My girlfriend is after deaths from all causes, but like you said, it might be worth contacting them, to see if they can re-direct us - Thanks!
  16. Might sound a bit morbid, but my girlfriend (who is training to be a nurse) is trying to find out where people die for an assignment. It needs to be in percentage terms, ie 30% die at home, or workplace, hospital, on holiday or whatever! I've just spent around an hour looking on the web, with no joy. Can anyone help?
  17. Elliot

    I'm out of here

Address please. Plus, will there be any issues that the flatbed truck will need to overcome!?
  18. Brilliant - saves me doing it (had totally forgot about it anyway ) Thanks
  19. I can't remember either, but I'll check in a while and give some of them a go. Maybe I should buy a set of each, as I'm bound to choose the wrong ones!
  20. From what I've read, a lot of people have this conversion and nobody has ever failed for it. I suppose it depends on the garage.
  21. Are they the ones that are clear until you actually indicate? The ones I have in the indicators at the moment are the originals painted orange! Do you have a link or website I could get them from?
