Very nice motor mate! Looked immaculate from the back, didn't check out the sides/front as I didn't want to look too dodgy! Is the place called Spara or something? I was in such a rush to get home I didn't look round. Saw one of those small Vauxhall / Lotus Elise things, (can't remember the name) parked next to a blue Scooby nearby too. I hope you've whooped 'em both!

Black UK Spec parked in a place I went to today in Letchworth. Can't remember the name of the place, but there's a barrier. I was going to see Wilmott Dixon in there. Had a gold 'Nurburgring' sticker on the back. I only saw the back of the car, as it was parked, but it had UK lights so I'm guessing it was UK. Was very clean! Lovely looking

Any surveyors, estate agents etc training to become a home inspector for when the home condition reports become mandatory? I was thinking of training up and would be good to speak to someone who is, or is thinking about it.

Nothing wrong with the spoiler! I think it would affect the resale value of the car painting it green, as the target market would be considerably reduced. I can't imagine there would be a lot of people heading out to buy a modded green Supra. Could be totally wrong though, the colour could give it the competitive edge and be just what someone was looking for!

Gutted for you mate. Did the alarm scare them off before they took anything, or is it just plain jealousy? Were any other cars damaged that night in the area? Do you have any idea who might have done it? (local chavvies) If you did, you could trawl the streets on your Blade later tonight dealing rough justice. I'm not surprised the police have got loads of things to do on a sunday morning - catch the real criminals doing a couple of miles over the speed limit. I'm not even joking, they're always on the A27 Sunday mornings. What happened to 'Operation Cobra' anyway? I seem to remember in The News recently about how well the police were doing against car crime. Maybe a quick e-mail to them would shed some light on just how serious the police are actually taking car crime in the area.

Not sure, I've just started it again no problem first time. I've never had any problems starting the car first time with just the key (whereas some other cars I've had to give it some pedal as well!) A dodgy solenoid would be a relief considering the other noises it's making! Incidentally, where should I be checking if that was the case?

I drove it last night for about an hour, after not having driven it for around a week, but have left it longer before and that hasn't happened... I just went to go out for a quick drive, but there are some very funny noises occuring! One of the belts sounds very loose, neat the front of the engine bay, and there is a loud ticking nearer the back of the engine bay. Inside, there sounds like there's a moth flying around the dash, just above the right air-con fan (by keys) I can't see a thing as it's pitch black, so will have to have a more detailed check tomorrow. Gutted. The clock's reset as well...

Just gone outside to warm the car. Turned the alarm on, then off, and then turned the key in the ignition. I did this twice. The first two times it made a funny sound (one loud click) like the battery was dead, then cut power instantly, even to the interior lights etc. The third time, the engine started first time no problems. What could it be? Straightaway I thought dead battery, but can't imagine why it would start a third time like that with no problems? Could it possibly be a problem with the starter motor? I'm not sure if I'm imagining it or not, but the alarm key fob seemed to be stuck in, so maybe it's that. Going to pop out for a drive now & see how it goes, anyone had similar problems?

Yeah, mine had some guages cut into it which I wanted rid of. I've got an idea - you can have my glovebox & I'll have yours with the screen in!

I hadn't noticed the dildo's were missing! The bodywork & paint looks in good condition. Maybe a recent re-spray if it's been debadged? I only ask because I've been 'second chance offered' (even though I wasn't the second highest bidder) so might contact him tomorrow to see if he's serious. It's not too far away I guess...
