Doesn't sound good I'll check tomorrow anyway I think just to work out about taking the wheel off etc for the future. I'll be VERY pissed off if/when it does not fit as my girlfriend took the traders good word about buying this from him, whilst he took her good money and she waited a hell of a long time for it as well...

For those that are interested, here is a photo of the wheel. The yellow glow is just flourescent (spelling?) light, it looks much nicer in the flesh!

I hope that isn't true, as it was one of the traders on here who recommended it and it took around 2 months to arrive!

My girlfriend bought me an Isotta Katiena steering wheel for my birthday a few months ago, and a Momo boss. I've been working away a lot of the time & back in Swindon on Monday but thought I might give it a try tomorrow (Sunday). So...basicly...what's involved? I've done a search, but can't find any info about taking the stock wheel off & fitting an aftermarket one. To save me starting the job, then giving up after 5 mins as I don't have a clue, can anyone give any advice or suggestions? Cheers Elliot PS I don't have an airbag!

I've had some crap stuck to my dash at some point which has left a big mark, so I'd love to change mine for a decent one but it looks such a big job I've never thought about it! Anyone offering a change over service?

The VIN? Is that classed as a document? From what I remember (can't be bothered to find mine) the V5 has the manufacture date of the car (shown on the VIN) & the date of first registration in the UK. Wonder if they're both 1999 on this Supra, which wouldn't be very nice if you had no idea it was a 1993 or whatever and bought it, only to find out later that it wasn't. (which it isn't!) Does that make sense!

What's misleading is Model Year : 1999 Would that suggest to you it was made in 1993, or 1999?

Probably because they're classic plates, whereas yours is just another plate that if you space illegally might mean something to someone somewhere, but in reality must be worth very little. When you say you are selling a plate, does that mean you've randomly had one made up to sell, or you actually own it, and have the documents!? Please don't take offense, but when you say.. "Its just K 550 HP and thats it. Nothing before it or after it." It seems like you have no idea what you are even selling
