  1. 2 welsh farmers chatting recently....Said in a welsh dialect ......there's some more of them "silly supras" jones. I ....jones but that's a nice red one.
  2. Hi Christian. Stone cross is on the a580 east lances road. Come off m6 for hay dock and head towards manchester. About a mile on the left. We meet in car park about 7.30. Dis you have anymore big bangs from the car.
  3. Pancakes.........yeh....unusual flavour and texture. Looked them up to see what's in them. Can have yeast in. But that's not these. Made from a proportion of buckwheat. That's the one. Must check next time cos they could be gluten free completely. Wife and daughter would love em and be able to eat them. Buckwheat is gluten free as it is not wheat but a relative of the rhubarb family. With my Michael Caine hat on ( not a lot of people know that). Cooking lesson over.....would try the egg and bacon beans with cheese on next time. Next trip would be nice to walk round that village before swallow falls. Betsy something and a walk round Conway castle. Might even see a tree or something Ian.
  4. Hot wings. Brill. Big burger. Brill. Don't go in ricks Honda Ian. It's one bad ass mother. Any dates ok with me but next high pressure weather for a week is supposed to be between 18th and 26th. So I may not make it during that time as I may be making hay.
  5. Hi Christian.........thats good news. When you put your winker on and started to pull over from the outside lane and then to the inside lane I thought you must be going to come off for fuel or something. Then as I went passed I noticed you hit the hazards. I zipped across as soon as possible and stopped on the hard should about half a mile up thinking you may drift up. When I started to get out of the car I got an immediate blast from loads of cars alerting me to the danger. I thought then there's nothing I go do as it would be too dangerous to walk back to see what was the problem. Glad it was not a puncture but it does make you think....wow a puncture on those twisting welsh roads when you were trying to keep up with DOM TERRETO . Ha!.... Really enjoyed the meeting and meeting up with you guys and everyone else. Its a smashing run and great weather. When I go again I will put the info in my sat nav and enjoy the scenery more. Believe there was a lake and some rivers and a few trees to look at. Would also give a 30 minutes start as well so the odd farmer, gardener, women sat it garden having quite cup of tea might smile at me as I go past. Instead of frowning and thinking "oh no its the bloody fast and the furious again". It was on the news last night that some sheep had been found dead from heart attacks. Great day out. Thanks to Ian for organising it. Hope to see you at one of the monthly meets maybe round haydock area as it a bit closer for you. Cheers Ray
  6. You kidding Ian. He polishes the polish before applying it. Said the carpet on the garage floor at the farm was getting damp.
  7. What you waiting for mate........get it done.
  8. I'm up for it Ian......any of the Saturdays.
  9. Sorry you couldn't make it.....food was good. Think those sparky contractors messed your wheels, tyres, T88 turbo and 6 speed racing gearbox up. Better put your claim in. Don't forget your PPI as you can't meet the repayments and the whip lash getting out of your car when the security man asked you to look at it. PSDD (Post supra damage disorder) should put cherry on the cake. WAIT.......having to pay for your missed steak last night might work. PS. I was thinking of becoming an MP.
  10. Don't worry about your honda getting wet rick. I've just been to tesco in it shopping and it was peeing down. I'm coming in mine but I might leave the garage cover on it with 2 holes cut out for my eyes.
  11. They do veggy UFO. Lettuce Ha! top dish
  12. Cos your cars too shinny Ian and Rob has too may cylinders. Have a good time at Dragonball
  13. Either for me. Wings were top and best burger I had in a long time. M/c ok too. Can't wait for their signature dish. A lettuce....
  14. Great visit to mitton hall today. Well worth going as there must have been a couple of hundred cars attending. So many types to mention. 3 supras. Ian rick and me. Hundreds of people. Lovely eggs bacon and sausage barms tea coffee. Really well organised. Great fun as we all left one at a time on full flack. Some great sounding machines. Would be great to have a really big show of supras at the next event. One family (must have a bob or two) came in 3 Maserati's all with same letters for the reg. best sound was from a new camero. Most expensive probably a Maclaren F1. We nearly didn't make it to the venue when a deer ran across the road in front of rick who swerved and I had to hit the brakes as it ran towards me before jumping of a 6 foot wall into someones garden. All good fun.
  15. I wont be able to get to rebok for 8 rick. Some of us work 7 days a week. I will be feeding horses till about 7.50 then have to get changed and get to rebok. Even in a uk model if would be late.
  16. 21 again eh Ian...........wait till you get to 62. You won't know how to switch your radio on........Hope to be able to meet up on Sunday as well.
  17. It was a great meet. Food and service was the best we've had for a long time. Ste might need a new supra to keep everyone motivated for the next meet but when it comes to fixing radio's he's the best. And rob is a tool box in transit. Cheers mate (got a rattle on my tractor bonnet) was singing all the way home till rob came past lighting up the sky in hyperdrive. Stone cross gets best burger award.
