    Sorry to hear that mate. Not booked it yet cos unlike rick who says he's skint, I will be at the end of the week. Just cracked the front axle on my John Deere. Engineers from John Deere are coming with a new one from Germany and hub assembly from Italy. Will need to sell a lot of hay to just pay for the repair. (poor farmer) Up to £4K. Cella Vie. Could have bought Ricks supra for that.

    Ok..... So I'm going senile. I read the wrong date for the anniversary meeting. For some reason I saw the 16th but it's the 24th so I can go. Yippee. Tosser

    After the disappointment of missing the anniversary meeting I thought I would see if we are having a normal meeting in August. So I am suggesting a meet on wednesday 20th at the china room in westhoughton. The food is good. The parking is good. And the manager Steve likes fast cars. He said he would look after us. If anyone has an alternative date or venue shout up.

    Gutted. Can't go to meet. Just going to book my ticket so thought I would see if the wife fancied coming as the BBQ sounded good. She has just told me that we are going to my mates secret 60th birthday party. Sick as a chip really fancied it.

    Yo Ian. The weather is good and our turbos are on full flak. Grass is cut and drying. Hope to be baling Wednesday and racking and stacking so I will be coming to the falcon for breakfast. Put my name down.

    Tim you work too hard. You need a night out talking about cars and eating grub. Why don't you pick the date and I'll try to get a Chinese organised at westhoughton can park right outside restaurant. (If you have a supra) hairdressers down the road.

    Then we got to try yours mate. Usually go to a different place each time. Keep trying to get a Chinese meal set up but dosent seem to happen. Manager of china room is car enthusiast and has had scoobies like Wayne's. Good car parking and he said he would do us a good deal on a Wednesday. Think some of our lot are big meat scoffers. The old ribeye steaks often go down well and Chinese not great for desserts such as big chocolate melting mouthful cakes. There will be a post up soon.

    We normally meet on Wednesday. But I asked for a Tuesday because of my wedding anniversary. But then like I dick picked the wrong day. Wednesday would have better.

    Yo Fred......Hopefully I will have finished harvesting and will be able to come. Would set off on Friday to get their for Sunday. (That's knutsford services) Stratford would be an extra day early. God. Toyota will be asking what I am doing putting so many miles on the clock.

    That's a nice thought Ian. cheers but I will be ok for Tuesday. Better come in the supra or she may take it rallying down the farm track. After 42 years of marriage going out on a different day than our anniversary day don't make any difference to us. That's for newly weds. I will have to cook her something ready for her before I go out but that's just normal. I will take her to Grenache on Wednesday night. It expensive and she can spend my money. See you all then. PS the black eye is from standing on a rake.
