dude if you and your missus are earning 35k JOINT you can get a mortgage for 120k easy! on a very good rate - use the supe money as a deposit and you are onto a winner ! I made 40k on my property in 4 years (bought it when I was 24 when all my mates where buying bikes and fast cars and going on phat holidays) I sacrificed the supe and now I am in a much better position and about to buy a house for 250k - I would never be able to have done that if I didnt have the deposit from this place

mate it sounds like selling the supe to release some cash could be a sensible option until you get your foot on the property ladder.

Hi Maverik - yes microsoft website tells me to bugger off when I try to install sp2 or sp1 - therefore it wont let me copy the data to my drive, email address pm'd

Guys I need a web designer to do some work on my website, my usual guy is on holiday from Satruday and cannot take on this work. Thanks Jake - apparantly I dont have sp1either! lol - therefore it wont let me add the hotfix - WSB - dude I work in sales so IT people are my slaves as th emoney I make for the company keeps them all in jobs - get it ? Now go and get my slippers and make me some coffee
