ah - thats clever stuff See the second table you have made, well is it possible that when the sales rep adds their sales for the month in that second table the £ commision amount is changed? at the moment the commision is only automatically calculated if you put the sales figures in euros in the top table

just a quick point. if you guys would have left it 72 hours (i think thats the time period) and she didn't report it you could have gone to the police and she could have got done for failing to report an accident, similar thing happened to my wifes car when it got hit outside our house by the pizza boy (who did a runner), the neighbour got the reg but I went to the police the next day - the police said as it hadnt been 72 hours they couldnt 'do' them for failing to report an accident - they did however visit Dominoes pizza and spanked the delivery boy and got the insurance details for me I would be straight down the cop shop with the vehicle details demanding they verify the insurance details, as procedure they will check she has a license and is insured etc...and if she isnt shes in trouble

i do a bit of mtb, I would say 500 quid is an ok budget for a bike but dont expect everything to be top spec, you are likely to find something has been saved somewhere. ......you could also end up spending more later on, on upgrading
