Is anyone else thinking of going to Zimbabwe, buying a sniper rifle and taking a headshot at this fecker? I dont know why no one has taken him out yet. I've managed to figure out most of the wiring and spaggetti junctions in the house to fit new light fittings etc, and I did manage to get the light to work without a switch, its actually the switch that is causing the headache

Cheers dude - basically the light only has a blue and brown 2 core flex set up (no earth needed) I've done this before when I have simply passed the live through the switch (labelled 1 &2) in the diagram attached, similiar to what you have done in the diagram but the switch does nothing

Hi All I've got an outdoor light which I have managed wire up correctly as it works, it has a blue wire and brown wire and off the mains feed it seem to work - two core (no earth) I have now tried to put a switch on it (attached is the leaflet that came with the switch) I've put the brown wire to the live feed and blue wire to the 'switched live' but it doesnt do anything (the switched live side is where the rocker switch is) Any ideas?

A couple of months? Bloody hell I'm gonna get the ladders up over the weekend and have a butchers, I defo wont be killing them though! RSPB were not really full of information apart from instructing me not to disturb them and attempting to tell me the most common type of bird that would be nesting in such a way:rolleyes: In a way its positive because we are both up much earlier on weekends and enjoy the day more as we have more of it

we have double glazing and windows shut and its still dam loud!

Basically some bird has made a nest in the gutter right above our bedroom and there are some baby birds in the nest, they are annoying the hell out of us as from about 4am in the morning all the way through to when we wake up for work they are just tweeting constantly and its pretty dam loud and high pitched Anyone know if I should attempt to move the nest or how long it will take before they fly away? I called a few guys from Yell but their suggestion was a bit barbaric to say the least

I dont think alex will make it to the final, IMO he is a bit of a weasel and snake in the grass, I certainly wouldnt have him in my organisation, numerous times he has stabbed people in the back to make good of a bad situation. I reckon Claire and lee in the final, interviews should be interesting next week as I think Alex will break under the scrutiny, Lucinda will cry
