  1. Yeah, I've been leaning towards the Precision 6466. Anyone know if these are reliable for their price?
  2. I want to use a SPA cast log manifold.
  3. Can you guys educate me on what turbo I should be looking at getting? Car is a 94 Supra 6spd RZ. I use it for lapping days and would like to do more time attack events. TT just isn't cutting it anymore. Looking for a reliable 650whp on pump/e85. Just rebuilt the head, BC 272 cams, stiffer springs, retainers, seals, ECU soon to be Haltech Elite 2500. Want to use a cast exhaust manifold. Stock bottom end. Not sure what A/R, Brand, or Turbo I should be looking at? Will be between 4500rpm and 6800rpm most of the time during a stint. Don't want to bend any rods so can't be too quick spooling hard. Give me your honest opinions. Jay
  4. Hey guys, I just went for the first drive afrer installing new BC 272 cams, springs, retainers and oem seals. Stock twins and I'm still on oem ecu, I know it runs rough at idle, anyways, during the drive I noticed a significant amount of blue smoke.. Normal? When I install haltech ECU and have it tuned properly will it stop?? Thank you

  17. Correct me if I am wrong please! This is what I'm still unclear about... After I have installed all the new seals, springs, retainers, locks and buckets do I, with T-belt off, put crank at -10 btdc so all pistons are slightly down, install new BC 272 cams, install cam gears, torque cams as per manual. Then turn crank clockwise to tdc notch, and turn cams to tdc notches too. Install t-belt? Correct? Thank you! Jay
  18. I will be installing 272 BC cams, springs, retainers, keepers and of course those pesky oem seals. Still a bit confused on when I need to put motor at TDC since I am doing the "rope trick" does this matter? So would you do shimless buckets like this? Please correct if wrong. 1.Remove the oem Cams. Install BC cams over the oem shim on buckets. 2.Measure clearance. 3.Do the math. 4.Buy 24 shimless buckets with proper clearance specs from my BC cams card. Remove BC cams. 5.Do the "rope trick." 6.Remove OEM buckets, springs, retainers, keepers, seals. 7.Install oem seals, BC spring, retainers, keepers, shimless buckets, camshafts? Myself being very OCD if there's anymore to this procedure please let me know. Thank you guys;) Jay
