  1. Not really they were on the car when I got it so didn't really know any different and have lasted till now. Now it needs new rears I thought great time to get some Goodyear F1's but they dont do them in standard 16" wheel size so I'm looking for something else but I'm not happy to buy tyres that last 2000 miles no matter how good the grip is.
  2. How many miles did you get Ivan. I got 15K on the rear with Avon's which arnt the best tyre for grip! They have worn in the middle but the outer edges are still very good is that normal?
  3. Yep I could do with some factory 17" wheels for that price:innocent:
  4. Skyjawa I know what you are saying about the Avon ZZ1's but the ZZ3's are much better, still probably the worst in that list but very good life on them. The worst thing is when you know what tyres you want but cant get them in your size!
  5. Also when they say it comes direct from insurance company its sort of true. The insurance company find it and send it to a salvage company that store cars and auction them on their behalf. So this person has probably bought the car direct from one of these auctions.
  6. Stolen recovered is fine IMO, they dont go on a Q plate just keep there normal plate. No problems with insurance either.
  7. I thought in Aus you had to have a P plate for a while after passing your test, so its someone that recently passed!
  8. Surprised they were even interested! Maybe a traffic warden on a public road but the police on private land seems strange.
  9. My 95 Supra passed its MOT today no problems which is always nice for an old car:respekt: Just thought I would share that with you.
  10. Why do ebay make it so easy to get accounts do they like having a site full of fraudsters!

    New Tyres

What exactly did you have fitted Kip I'm after some too and like that price.
  12. Personally I think the commute would be horrible and you would be so tired with no time to do anything including working on your flat.
  13. No personally but I remembers someone on here saying his Supra was clamped.
  14. Will probably help the sale the fact it doesnt have a veilside kit:hide: Only joking each to their own.

IMO get a new door, well get a 2nd door much less trouble for you and they go pretty cheap. Rear quarter you will have to get from Toyota as people don't exactly take them out! However fitting is a fairly big job so depending on the damage you would probably be better to just repair. Outer sill damage I'm not sure about. Headlight you will get from this site or ebay no problem. You really want it to match the one on the other side though. Bodykit is really down to personal taste, I prefer no bodykit or the standard Toyota skirts only but its your car. Good luck sorting the car.

    New Tyres

I don't remember ever seeing anything in the MOT guidelines about the speed rating only the tread depth. Would be quite stupid and funny if you got failed because your tyres were only capable of 130 mph.
  17. Bright orange 73 beetle still quite cool though.
  18. Problem with cars like that there isnt too many spare parts floating around and the main dealer prices are silly! Still hope it goes well get a few pics up.
  19. Wow now thats quick it certainly wasnt for sale for 13 months;)
  20. Respect to you for making good money on the side doing something interesting.
  21. Not surprised good prices. Are you a dealer then?
