Hi alll Going to get a spec clutch and fly wheel today for a 6speed I need a rough idea of torque The car will have a hks t04z so aiming for around 550-650 horse power I have no idea about clutches so twin plate or triple plate any good ? Thanks

I've seen jacks transmissions sell synchros can these be changed and not the whole gear ?

Hi Has anyone on here worked on the v160 or know where to scource parts? And do the synchros stay with the gear so you can't change them ? Much help appreciated

Hi My gearbox is with a transmission company , however the reg will show auto when they look it up can I use someone's ref as a reference for when they need to look up parts for the v160 , thanks

Gearbox is now out how do you tell if it's a 160 or 161 ?

Hi Planning to take the gearbox out the car tonight any tips ? Main question when the gearbox comes of does the engine tilt! Does it need supporting ? I'm taking the gearbox of on axel stands

Update all cylinders are looking good , catch tank it empty , I have no pcv valve on the rocker cover , Running out of ideas

the AN fittings has had the baffles installed

So an update so far , checked compression on cylinder 1,2,4,5 and no issues there all very similar couldn't check 3 and 6 they had rounded screws on the coil so will attempt them tomorrow - - - Updated - - -

Car is not smoking , took it to the garage today idle was good and underload the car drives nice without any smoke

Catch can is new and has a level on it which is showing empty , the rocker cover an fittings are new doing a compression test and pvc on Thursday , has anyone changed piston rings and how much is labour ?
