Can anyone tell me what part number this sensor is? I am moving parts from my old engine onto this new block that im guessing was an aristo/vvti engine before. My old sensor's thread is to narrow for the new block with is a wider thread. Or even if someone has said sensor? My old engine is the one on top. http://i299.photobucket.com/albums/mm287/akcustomz89/4D1DFDAC-D852-4B4F-8067-CBB128C8CC1F-20957-000023E1DF371CE2.jpg

Thanks for the replies guys... Those rays size wise are basically what im looking for just the actually spokes im not a real fan of. -
Looking a set of wide deep dish wheels to fit under standard supra arches but have been rolled and slighty pulled. What an aggressive fitment with the deep dish look and fit as much rim as i can. Looking for wheels like work meister s1r, ccw lm? Or anything along them lines.. I know they arn't cheap so pm me what you have and how much Thanks Alg

Sorry forgot to mention the mods Apexi AVCR boost controller. Precision 6262 billet turbo on reworked obx manifold. HKS racing bov. Sard 650 injectors Walbro fuel pump FMIC. Twin autobox coolers. E-manage ultimate with 3bar map sensor mapped to 1.5bar. Innovate Motorsports AFR Gauge See im still new to supras i come from the subaru world and i come in peace lol! I know no stranger to big power but having it all on another car is still new to me however i am quickly catching on. I have spoke to 'dude' about switching to a hks fcon pro system and hopefully solve my current issues. He told me i have issues because of the size of injectors but i was wondering why i didn't have the problems when i bought it and only now issues start? I changed the water temp sensor just for the craic and it seemed to have solved the problem. I drove it round the estate for a quick test then when i pulled onto the drive it stalled and didn't start again. I should of watched the afr gauge but was to excited habing it running again hahaha. I am going to see if i can get her running again and this time will watch everything. If all else fails hopefully dude is coming to pick it up and map the new ems Tuesday -
Greddy E-manage Ultimate Help (auto stalling when put in r,d,2or1)

I cant really see it being the water temp sensor but if they cheap and easy to replace then i might aswell if it will clear the code. Where abouts are they located on these engines and anyone have a part number or price? -
Greddy E-manage Ultimate Help (auto stalling when put in r,d,2or1)

no one? The threads i have been reading have given me a few possibly causes... I read that a speed limit defencer with loose connections can cause issues but i thought with the greddy emanage unit it had that built into the ecu? Unless the previous owners left the sld still fitted.. hmmmm... Also read the alternator playing up could cause revs to drop when gear is engaged. Finally after some more searching i found a thread about something to do with the torque converter locking causing it to stall as soon as anything other than P or N is selected. Did a fault code check and i got 22 and 78 which is water temp circuit and fuel pump? -
Hi guys, i have an issue with my emanage system. It was running fine before well did have a slight misfire but was to get this sorted anyway. Anyway was wondering why the speed limiter was still on it with the spec the car had i.e single turbo and supporting mods etc to have it running 520bhp! So had the laptop hooked up as i was told by previous owner there is a tab to click that will take it off. Had that done and car drove fine and all seemed well. Was driving back home and stopped at the lights and the car stalled! Started back up no problem got it home stalled on the drive and left it till the morning. Went to start it in the morning and the same thing happened but then wouldn't start. I hooked the laptop up again and switched the speed limter back off and tried starting which it did then managed to get it back in the drive where it stalled again. Tried starting again but sounded like it was misfiring so i took the plugs out and 3or4 were wet and all were black in colour. I changed them and car fired up no problem and idled well. But went to move it and stalled again! I have since left it like this and have requested the previous mapper to try send me the last map and see if this fixes it. But was wondering if there was anything i could check or adjust in the meantime to get me mobile. The car is a 93 mkiv auto 2jz-gte single turbo conversion.

Yeah spoke to whifbitz already them seemed very easy to talk to about what i wanted to do and i may just end up using them for the serious work i have planned. Alright Matt, yeah sorry i couldn't stay and chat you looked busy under all them bubbles anyway haha! I can do all the work myself you might have seen my old blue scoob running about with carbon bonnet and spoiler. Built that from standard and was running 430/450. Its just with my work i'm either to tired when i'm off or flat out busy to find enough time to do anything.

Beaconsfield! Thats only up the road i live in Slough.. (*booo *hissss i can hear it now hahaha) Was just looking on SRD website but i must be blind because i can't see where they are based :/ Does he keep many spares? Im actually after some coilpacks atm.. I can do my own work but its hard finding the time working 6days a week at up 6.30am home at 6-7pm sometimes later. Thats why im trying to find out what specialists are about local for when i want to convert to a 6speed or other serious mods. Servicing etc i will do myself just big work i want to try and step away from now...

Don't really see any to be honest. Have seen the odd one driving about which i kind of like and don't like in a way I like because i know not every tom, dick or harry is floating about in one. I owned a scoob before and after years of owner i noticed some really knobs starting to buy them hahaha. I did like the old scooby wave though to acknowledge your fellow scoober(have accidentally done it in the supra to another scooby haha old habbit) but i would happily wave to a fellow supra owner or dont you guys do that? lol maybe not enough about to do so... In case some are wondering who the hell this is lol i have just bought my first supra last week. I have been signed up to the forum for a while though and was waiting for the right car and the right time One question i did want to ask was though is What supra specialists are there in the berks and bucks area? I only know of whifbits but they are all the way up North London. Heard there is one in Surrey? Which wouldn't be to bad... The name is Alan btw aka ALG

Please keep me posted mate or let me know roughly when to nag you lol. Are you including fitting haha Im all ears mate and yeah i would be hoping to someday push for 500/600 but not anytime soon i would of thought due to budget. I wish i could mate i have looked at that option but im stretching even with my current budget.
-
Hi guys, i know i have been quite on here but only because i have been waiting till my old project was sold till i could buy my first supra As you may have guessed now is that time but my dilema atm is finding a single turbo conversion on a manual and in budget. I have found two single turbo conversions but both in auto. My question is who does conversions to manuals withing my area of buckinghamshire/berkshire? Also how much should i expect? I am capable of doing it myself aswell so prices on parts alone would also be helpfully but i am a bit lazier these days since im up at 6am and work till 7-8pm at times :/ But also peace of mind that someone who has done it many times before is good haha. Any advice would be good other than keep the auto box haha its just i prefer the feel of a manual not a gokart Thanks in advance Alan

Looks sweet... Wish i had that kind of money looks like he must of put atleast 25k into that. I don't really want to go that far with my scoob though
-
thanks mate, looks lower than it is but you could fit a coke can under it lol. It will be more covered up soon once i get a facelift bumper and splitter.

Hahaha nah i havn't appeared on roadwars not that i know of anyway just my area. Near enough enough clip was atleast 5miles from me LOL! At one point they was a road away. Slough aint that bad but its documentaries like these that put places like mine on the map! hahaha Yeah was looking at insurance on them and uk spec seemed to be the more affordable option or do you guys have other opinions? There are youtube vids up of my car somewhere but not roadwar clips hahaha

The name is Alan AKA 'Alg' im 22 and from Slough (as seen on 'RoadWars' LOL) I havn't got a supra yet but looking to purchase a Twin Turbo Uk Spec next year. Obviously im not that clued up on supra's yet so any advice would be appreciated;) I currently own a 96 Impreza STI that i bought standard 3yrs ago. I like many others standard off with small mods then ended up getting bored with power and is now in the process of becoming a fully forged 450-480bhp monster It was a 2ltr turbo but have since fitted a forged SCD 2.5 (ej25) wiesco forged oversized pistons, custom forged rods, acl race bearings, arp stud conversion, 04 STI 6speed conversion, 740cc injectors, md321t+ turbo, ported&polished sti3 heads, front entry inlet conversion, parallel fuel rail mod, braided fuel lines with aeromotive fittings, fuel lab, simtek ecu (anti-lag/LC), newage brembo 4pots, full 1piece custom 3" exhaust with blitz nur spec backbox, tein coilovers and yet to buy exedy twin plate clutch. Few other bits i forgot but you get the jist Currently running it in so havn't got actual figures yet but should be expecting 450bhp+ with similar torque figures... Might be looking to swap or px this for a decent supra next year if anyone is interested You can bet there will be more done to it in that time though. Thinking about carbon roof and boot and abw arches newage sti interior and uprated anti roll bars etc etc.. http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/6613/image7tc.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us] http://img849.imageshack.us/img849/8350/image6q.jpg
