no worries mate, im glad you like it, but as i have told you it took me ages to decide on that colour so i think there will be another black supra with the same colour dash soon

i went today and got the juicy bits left all the dash parts on the side, i took them off carefully and they are all there, but remember this is a face lift dash ! front light are scrap IMHO, one lens is shot and the other is "unhealthy" SMIC is also not looking to good, rad is fine along with the shroud and fans, engine and box look good to, door cards and all interior plastics are there except the drivers side a pillar trim that had been damaged and the rear hatch plastic cover has a corner missing. one rear light is fine the other one has a damaged lens, jspec brakes are still there with pads but no rear disks as i have them with the rear suspension i bought, front suspension is still all there, black carpet has gone along with the front indicators (inc loom and holders), seats are fine but soiled (could be cleaned easily), all body panels are scrap except the front bumper but that is scratched all over, there is no glass at all, ecu is still there along with air box and and all engine bolt on parts and hoses, didnt get chance to have a good look at the wheels as they are in the office and they were covered in mud had a good chat to the guy today and they are really friendly, they are asking a fair bit for some parts as he realises these are rear cars, i spent a few quid with him today and he said he would sort me out with anything i wanted from the car so if anybody wants anything ask me and ill speak to him direct and twist his arm on the prices

hhmmmm my car does eat rear tires (3 sets a year, no donuts), i put that down to my driving style but when i do a full lock turn my rear wheels feel as if thy are skipping on the tarmac how can i check ?

i bought a load of stuff off this car this morning for a couple of supras i have at work, i have never ever has such a helpfull friendly responce from a scrap yard ever ! and i have do deal with them all the time just to add the Blits DSBC ID II didnt even ake it to the scrap yard, it was ripped out by some eager beaver at the insurance company probably

i have an intermittent fault with my auto box and traction control, there is 2 faults that always happen seperately but i think must be connected 1st fault, kick down at around 80 or more and it sticks in either 2nd or 3rd, i think its second, redlines and wont change up a gear (yes OD is off) but will change down, if i go up the revs slowly it will change up 2nd fault, turn engine on and the orange TRAC OFF light flashes every second or so, trac control is off and will not work at all, not even if i mess with the slip cont button, when it does this at first the box will not engage reverse (it still does the reverse beeb sound) it stays in neutral, it stays like this until i engage drive and then reverse then it is fine this only happens once in a blue moon and they never happen together but it annoys the hell out me, any ideas

im nothing special, just have a way with words

my little cousin was bullied at scool for ages, they tried everything to sort it out but nothing worked it just got worse, i decided enough was enough so i went to see the kids dad and told him to sort it out or i would bully him. after this he had no more trouble and i think they play football togther now

another thing that annoys me is the little trickle of water that comes from the rear windows and the mirrors for hours after you have washed and waxed it

if they have to do any re-work on your car it makes it much harder as it will cause holes in the new laquer they are putting on, silicone is what they put in hammeright to give it the hammered finish, not what you want on your bonnet ! painters nightmare !! back to black is just as bad

funny part would be if its a real buyer and he sends the cheque to the police

well in the westmids were we were checked it would have been a fixed penalty and a fix it note, not an enviromental health warning

you can be done for this, i have seen it with my own eyes, on the way back from a rally in our old rally escort cosworth me and my mate were pulled because of the noise of our exhaust, they called on the radio for another unit, one came with a bloody machine to test the noise at idle, we were just on the DB limit and they had to let us off

personally i would get another nice car, park there again and camp out untill they did it to this one, i cant stand this sort of thing and im sure they would be tought not to do it again, and no i wouldnt care how old they were

new VW's come with this as standard, its hard enough to put on them when the stuff is bought already shaped for the panel ! as its clear you cant touch the sticky side, then it sticks to itself, this stuff is a nightmare at the best of times, as for getting some, WHSMITHS sticky back plastic seriously i think FOLIATEC do a kit, but its not cheap
