  9. True i wasnt driving it was my brother hope what he says is rite if so it hopefully hasnt twisted the sub frame.. i was taking everything that needs to be removed for the hub to be replaced today and took a quick photo to show how the knuckle not stright with the strut rod . pics shows the strut rod bolted to the chassie and sitting firm where it should be and the knuckle not in line! i can get it on the knuckle but ive got to use a bar to get it flush with it to get the bolt in.
  10. THats good to hear that the sf is strong! It was only hit at about 15 mph like so hopefully I'll be back on the road this weekend
  11. Cheers pal that's what I'll do once a get the hub on.

Mate i wouldnt buy anything wait till his insurance calls you or if you have his detials i would ring them tomorrow morning and inform them about it..
  14. ordered the full hub assembly so once thats fitted HOPEFULY it goes back in line .
  15. subframe looks stright mate , but as it was the bottom of the alloy that hit the kerb it looks like nothing else bent as the wishbone ,shocker, drop links ect look fine the only 2 that bent was them 2 , heres a pic of what i think is fu*+ked > ive put circles round where the rods attach to ,if they were to be off, would that cause the wheel to sit wrong? anyone ? thanks
  16. ok i was gonna replace the hub but ill show some pics of what it looks like and like a sed ive replaced the two parts strut rod and lower suspension arm. do u think this it to much out to be just to be wheel alined? or shud a replace the hub as it is probs bent? (the car is jacked up so its not really a true shot but you can see from the first pic its just out)
  17. rear driverside Lower suspension arm, it says on the workshop book to "place matchmarks on the adjusting cam and sub frame" "remove the nut ,adjusting cam and disconnect the lower suspension arm no1." as ive crashed my car and this bar was bent i havnt got "matchmarks" !! so what does this mean ? my wheel is slightly sitting in av also replaced the strut rod. could not of putting matchmarks on as it says could this make my wheel sit in? or does the rear hub need changing. This is my first post > http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?239568-Crashed Thnaks shaz
