i like reading the progress thread people make when they do them:cool: i've thought about the previa but i dont know if it'd fit easly as i think the origanal engine is mounted on a slant:search: i cant find anyone who's done one, ive looked for hiace ones too but i can only find finished clips on you tube:)

Just wondered if anyone has got any links to any threads (non supra) and interesting a 2JZ has been fitted to:cool: i've seen the delorien and a few BMW's but anyone done any different ones ?

seperate fuses is a better idea as with single fuse if 1 motor goes it takes the supply to both fans - seperate fuses you still have 1 working hth

yeah gearbox was ok on mine but i know its a common fault - problem is unless you get a reconhow good is a spare one??? clutch went on mine (not worn out broke up) and it was an absolute nightmare to do:( also wheel bearings cv joints, lots of little things glow plugs etc. and it was a pain to get through the MOT on emmisions 1 year and i needed to wind the stop back so it only got half throttle to get it through - mine was the 2.5TD there's a reason i now drive a smiley as a daily driver:cool: ................oh i can weld thats it:D -

i've owned 1 drives nice and mine was on an M and it didnt have a spot of rust on it but they've not got the mechanical reliability of a smiley .......... call me biased but give me a rusty arched tranny over one of those any day:d -

thats proberby why i cant find much price info about:Pling: i've spent a few hours reading on here....... soooooooo much info to take in for a BPU what would the current 'average' cost be? as i understand you'd get up towards 400bhp with that:)

i've searched but i can't really find a thread with what i'm after:( i'd just like a idea of the cost to increase the bhp of a 2jz-gte going through stages of bhp increase - just a rough guide to give us an idea of what you can get out of it bhp per £ starting at stock 320bhp = £0 ......... and so on:) cheers:)

yes mate i do have a white one and a red one and a grey one and a few more the supra is a white TT import, my car (van) is a cosworth - we're gonna race them just for fun - i'll post the video here if it comes out ok:D

it depends on what wheels you have - my mates supra has tapered nuts and they dont fit the standard wheels - it looks to me like the standard ones have a flat face i think it must have had aftermarket wheels before he had it. take a nut of and email them a pic of it
