  1. Thanks mate -one of the next steps is getting a new bonnet... but of course, that is AFTER I receive my new TRD diff. Priorities Mate, I now work and live here in London - and surprisingly the weather has been pretty tops! Sunny and warm (23+ daily) for the past few weeks. So much to see, do and visit, and the pay is better too Now, if only I had a Supra to drive.... Thanks for the compliments guys.. My two friends took the photos to be featured in an Australian import car magazine. I have to get a couple others from Teon's shoot but they are on a different drive - so will be added soon.
  2. Well, people seemed to like the couple of pics I put up in the "I miss my car, so how can I bring it to London" thread... so I thought I might put up more. 3. aHEM. GT42R single turbo, exhaust without cat. Emissions be a problem, you think?
  4. Will definitely try to get to the next show with some Supra presence - if only to live vicariously through the locals Thanks Gaz... I hope everything is pretty easy to arrange - but knowing what Australia is like with approving modifications like done to SDISTC makes me a little nervous with letting England look up its skirt.
  5. Yeah, thanks Kev. Hopefully I'll get a chance to check out your work of art in the meantime
  6. Thanks for the compliments, everyone. As I said, this is a longer term consideration - but I get paid *MUCH* better here, my girlfriend lives in Finland, and I like to travel... so it seems a reasonable consideration to make
  7. Yeah, but hard to get the best lighting / photo angles with the bonnet on :/ And the photographers are my friends, and operating for free, so I did whatever they wanted to get the best shots.
  8. No, we did actually take the bonnet off for that part of the photoshoot
  9. Thanks guys. I will have a chat with Jurgen. And no, (sorry Matt H) even we didn't get factory Manual Aeros - but there are about 5 transplanted 6 speed Aeros that I can think of (and most are single turbo, too )
  10. Here are a few pictures of the vehicle in question:
  11. Hi everyone.. As threatened on various forums, I have finally made the move to working in the UK (Greater London, to be precise). HOWEVER, this has meant that my beloved SDISTC has had to remain back in Australia. Basically, I was hoping someone would be able to steer me in the right directions for importing my own vehicle to the UK in the near future - what should I expect vis a vis MOT requirements, importing costs etc? CLIFFS: 1) Heavily modified 1998 RZ VVTi, currently Australian registered 2) It's still in Aus, while I have moved here to work (2+ years) 3) Want car here. Thanks guys. Andrew
