thanks for the info dazzi, you know your gauges on the passanger side did you buy that of ebay. Ive seen one for £100 is that about right? but i want to keep them 52mm but it says for 60mm is there anywhere you know of that does them for 52mm`s(there cheaper lol)

now that looks HOTT i wouldnt mind having mine like that. Are all the gauges in use are the gauges hard work to install or are they relativley simple thanks dazzi

what size is the clock in the supra mines broke, im thinking of replacing it with a gauge might just put a volt gauge in there also could you use an air\fuel ratio gauge or is it pointless on a n\a. will a 52mm fit any other gauges worth putting there????????

Hey all was at my local scrapyard and noticed it has 2 soarers in a turbo and a non turbo just wondering can i take anything of these engines and fit to my non turbo supra as an upgrade ie. cams, intake manifold ect or is it a no go just a thought thankyou

Hi all i have abs on my car checked pevious posts for what to look for and the unit is there. The abs check light comes on and of on start up as normal, but it is not working it locks up everytime ive tried braking hard. Now is there part of the system that fails or some simple checks i could do any advice would be great. What parts would someone remove if it had broke to check that .

on start up my lights come on and then go out normal its when driving the red triangle or yellow engine managment one or both come on now and agaiin thanks

ive got a code 42 and when the lights come on i just tap them and they go off quick fix

Finally had my brakes done at long last, had drilled and grooved disks put on with porterfield pads after messing around with a rear caliper all was finished. Today when painting my calipers silver i noticed the grooves on my rear disks face forward yet my grooves on the front face backwards. I take it this is not right as i thought they were ment to face forward, am i to go back to my mechanic.

i have the same prob when i jacked it up when i spin the wheel on part of every rotation it makes a scrapping noise, like goes round scrape goes round scrape im changing my disks and pads anyway so hope that fixes it

Mine was doin this for ages although mines a manual, coming up to junctions upon braking it would jus cut out, read a few threads sayin keep it in gear and it won`t do it anyway in the end it got worse and started tripping out. If i indicated it would cut out go over a bump cut out ect ect, anyway what had happend on close inspection wa someone had changed the battery to a slightly smaller 1 and the terminal had worked loose even though it was the tightist it would go so after i sorted that its never been a problem maybe have a look.

my bros an apprentice mechanic and hes thinking about doing my brakes on my car disks and pads its an import non turbo he wants to know if the rear calipers piston needs a windbac tool or does it just push back in or if anyone has a how to to fit the brakes thanks in advance
