  1. Just on the off chance anyone can shed any light on this? Apology for the long winded post! The property i have a mortgage on i want to rent out; yet the two estate agents i have spoke to wont even come and value it as they say there is a covenant on the street not allowing the property to be rented Now i have looked through my paperwork and found the title deeds and nothing is stated under charges register which i think that is where any covenants are stated I have phoned my mortgage company who have said they cant see anything, i paid the land registry for a copy of title deeds which is exactly the same as the copy i already have and also the solicitor sent me the same copy! So what are the estate agents seeing that i am not? Any help or advise is very much appreciated Thanks in advance!

  3. can you get these hoses off by just undoing the jubilee clips and pulling it out or do the turbo pipes have to be removed?
  4. why wouldnt they quote if your with Sky? this mite be getting worse:taped:
  5. i was going to try lynbrook but seen a few threads bout them not liking modified, im BPU but guess its worth a call, all they can so is no
  6. ive tried competition car insurance, but they said that theve been told not to give out quotes on Toyota's, something to do with loads of claims coming in off Mr2 owners As far as i gathered they werent going to be insuring Mr2's anymore and they were waiting for confirmating to see if they could insure Supra's and GT 86'S Am giving LWIB a call now
  7. so been doing a bit shopping around for insurance as its due next month and............................ its a nightmare!!! mainly because of the modifications elephant and admiral arent badly priced but never heard good things about them, performance direct wont touch me with yours, competition car insurance arent giving quotes out to toyota owners due to everybody smashing up there MR2's will be speaking to sky a bit closer to the time as im currently with them on my Rover (no comments please) im 25, 6 years no claims and ive had the supra 3 years and only done bout 2000 miles in it!!! to sum this thread up, I HATE INSURANCE!!!
  8. i will see if i can get my hands on some stuff tomoro, see if i an knock something up, nothing to loose
  9. just thinking, if you bent a piece of 35mm copper and then tightened on two copper olives too either end of the pipe that would give you the same theory as flaring the pipe?
  10. i dont work on commercial anymore, i will ask if anyone has the floor standing pipe bender as i dont have one, the only problem i could think of is flaring the ends of the pipes but i can ask the question
  11. you can bend 35mm copper pipe easy enough with a flor standing pipe bender, you can also get a hydraulic pipe bender so anything can be bent as long as its a standard pipe size also it wont leave a ripple on the inside of the pipe, or the outside for that matter if its done correctly
  12. Thanks little_num The car is a jspec turbo, I plan on getting a major service done, just don't want to do some internal damage if it can be helped
  13. So my supra has been off the road a couple of years now Financially I'm back on track and am hoping to get it back on the road again I have been working away for a long time and was wondering what the best thing to do withy the car is. The car hasn't been started for over a year and I am worried about the engine being dry and all the oil having dropped to the bitten Is their anything particular I should be doing before attempting to start her up?
  14. back up for sale as person who bought it wouldnt pay
