  4. Oie Harwood feck off, don't you have a job for christ sake!
  5. FFS, Bring back Martin I say...........
  6. Chris, do you think you would of had more luck selling if it was a j-spec you had? rgds :littled:
  7. Good the link works...... There is more than enough infomation there......many many links to clicky click..... Have fun.....
  8. Sorry Syed, but your first statement is correct but the rest is not! I would like to explain, but unfortunatly just came in from work and had enough of Flying objects for today......plus I need to sleep to do it all over again tomorrow! Ok feeling bad now. Try below, you may even learn something. should keep you busy rgds
  9. Yes m8, they are a lot better......very tiny and can fit most anywhere easily. very simple to use/run also! You can get them new for just under £100...... I think this jdmuk chap had em the cheapest delivered. The harness(so you don't need to cut and splice any of the cars wiring) is another £14. D.
  10. With regard to your ORIGINAL question:D I have the new/latest Blitz 'dual DC' on one of my cars and it includes a boost reading as well as all the different turbo timing features. From what I have read it is quite accurate/good with boost readings. Works fine for me...... Also £50 is a bargain. Some info here. D.
  11. Randy, whats the average ambient temperatures and humidity levels out there? This is obviously a major factor on you lot times and performance in those parts...... None the less you spanked sum arse.........
  12. I think MegatronUk summed it up for you! ChrisR, good luck with yours! Rgds
  13. The man's a fool! Sorry I won't have access to my manuals till next week to point out the reference. Basically there are no references to J spec(import) supras in any of the manuals(guidebooks), so what a lot of these testers do is use the UK reference and say that ALL cars after 92 blah blah blah etc......'bullshite' Ask him to show you in his reference(guideline) manual the exact requirements and emmision limits for YOUR J spec car! There is none! Good luck, try somewhere else!
  14. Thanks, that about does it for, that and some more reading. It looks like Blitz then, also all the other gadgets will be Blitz as well, keep it in the family! Ian yes m8, I am afraid of that awfull curse, but I believe it is mainly common now among the Flash colour upgraded version of the Supras.
  15. Is this a fact John, about the solenoids? I found(research) it seems to have more features/options and also compatiblity with other Apexi products(AFR controllers etc). Plus it does look nice. Oh and cheaper too.... But I see where you are coming from, as I am not one for 2 million gadets and gauges stuck all over inside the car! You reckon the Blitz is also easy to instal and set up! Thanks for your opinion m8......
  16. APEXi AVC-R or the Blitz SBC ID 3. What have you gotten and why? Also the experienced ones, which is more user friendly and which has more potential for say further mods etc.. Dom
  17. Arn't you a lucky boy! As if by magic
  18. You are quite right, UK cars unfortunatly fall under different rules! I did not realise I included UK spec in there, ammended now. J-Spec wins again... (well old ones anyway)
  19. Just passing on very usefull info here so the rubbish, guessing and confusion can stop with regard to M.O.T. emissions on the Supra without 'CATS'. It's very simple, J-spec, N/A or Turbo. For the import TT's or n/a's there is not a specific application for them in the books and reference manuals for emission test readings. But there is an alternate chapter for all cars that come under this, so there is NO escape...... Basically here are the hard facts, any *SUPRA* manufactured/registered before "31 JULY 1995" there is a very lapsed emission standard, and basically you CAN PASS an M.O.T. with BOTH CATS OUT! If your *Supra* was man/reg after "01 AUG 1995", you face the new harder emission tests.......and more than likely will pass with just ONE CAT OUT................ ANyone is free to challenge this, but it's in black and white. D.
