hey...i own a body shop as well and he really does sound like he's making a big issue out of it...any paint can be matched we specialise in customisation and match older paints with water based every day...with a decent booth and sprayer and decent lacquer it will come out perfect...i can get you the colour code if your still having probs

hey...i work in a garage in caldicot...we charge roughly £120 a panel as long as it's not badly damaged...if you have the panel sprayed on the car all silvers are blended in to the wings and on a supra the bumper so don't worry about silvers not matching...pass on my details if you know anyone in my area looking for a fantastic (and in budget) respray...full house of kolor paint mixing scheme on site!!!
