  1. Dude dont expect a great deal of info off him. FSR did all the work and tbh he isnt much of a techy, ive spoke to him before. Now you have mentioned this its made me want to do it again but i cant justify the cost now im heading back to uni
  2. Yeah she is pretty clean for a 93 car. Definatly had a little paint work before and theres a few bit of damage low down but nothing huge
  3. Took a quick snip whilst i was checking up on her in the garage http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/5655/img00001201008171848.jpg
  4. I personaly love ITBs and have looked into conversions for a while now, infact i have two sets of TBs here, one set from an e36 m3 and another set from a RB26. To be honest though they wont net you much in terms of power. You will get the response and the noise but thats about it but it has been done before. A conversion, depending on TBs used, can be rather expensive with all the custom work required plus the need of a standalone ecu or a very good piggy back unit and mapping, custom intake if you go that far. It wont be cheap but nothing never is
  5. Every little helps mate, thanks for that
  6. Whatever gave you that idea?
  7. My fast road pads are nearly done for but there still working rather well
  8. Thats the idea of them. Rather than the air exiting straight through the compressor it goes out through the swiss cheese housing or atleast thats my understanding of it Apparently dude mentioned something about reading a book which convinced him 100% that he needed one. Id love to know what it was that gave him that impression.
  9. Ive never been a fan of BOV's. Yes they do sound good sometimes but other times it bring to much attention to the car. To be honest i dont think there is any valve that can react quickly enough to relieve the system before compressor stall occurs anyway.
  10. Hey why not, everyone else does
  11. Quick question... how heavy is dynomat?
  12. RMM style lips are as played out as TRD wings and jade r wheels now... (even though they do look bad arse) Go for something a bit different
  13. Lol just get it coated if your that bothered!
  14. Dude now you are being OVERKILL!
  15. Ok maybe a little But you gotta admit that was low... All im saying is if you have a track record for cracking bumpers made from fibreglass then why not just wait a bit longer and get one which wont...
  16. I mean no disrespect but if you cant afford the best then why not save a bit more and then get it? I dont understand peoples obsession with cheap on stuff like this.... Its like putting rota's on a ferrari.....
  17. Cross measurements are the easiest way to figure out how far it has moved or get it rigged up on a proper measuring system.
  18. Looks very bent to me, an hour on a jig would sort that out no problem
  19. I hope your feeling brave! If your gonna replace it then get a billet or chromoly piece. The cast piece will probly fail again at some stage so why do the job twice!
  20. One problem with shifter extentions is they tend to fill up with gearbox oil whilst accelerating hard which makes shifting extremely difficult. Dont forgot you need the slave cylinder aswel. Expect to pay around £300-£400 to convert it. Becareful though dude, they do have a weakness, the first gear thrust washer can go wrong if the box has been abused or misused or used with a high-clamping clutch (on and off switch)!
  21. That would be cool and probly VERY expensive.
