  1. Yeah cheers neil, Ive been in the GT model but It wasnt as fast as what I would like. I take it the import version of any jap car is the better version as in condition/extras & mileage. @Jurgen, Thats a very nice car with crazy wheels but I would'nt start looking to buy until ive sold mine. As for an integra the FWD still puts me off, Ive owned FWD, 4WD & RWD and I prefer RWD. Is it the Lexus Soarer not the toyota soarer?
  2. Yeah I like the older integra but I hate them bright red seats, and they arent insurance friendly, cost more than a 300zx to insure:blink:
  3. I would rather be a passenger in one for now but yeah that would be cool if you could sort something out, would only take 10 minutes for me to get the picture.
  4. @Supra gaz, you could say that again;) The 300's have a shocking interior design but they look good in full leather, That would be a must have for me. I like the s14's and all but with one thats had a front end conversion I would be put of by the fact I dont know who's doen the work ect ect.
  5. @ Gambit, Dont get me wrong I would like to stay in a supra but im not paying what the insurance companys want, I've been trying quotes left right & centre for my supra and the cheapest is £1600. I could get insured on a UK TT supra for £750 but im not spending 9k buying one just because its rare, I would only have the import version. All the cars i have mentioned (apart from supra) I can get insured between £700 and £1000. Skylines are the worst, each model is over 2k but mainly getting quotes for 4k upward, otherwise I would have put the R33 up. @ Neil, I would have to sell my car before getting another one but your mates mr2 sounds like a good buy for less than 3k, The only reason I would like an mr2 is for the noise of the engine/turbo behind your head:d But Im not 100% on the looks of them, + room for someone in the back would be a benefit to me.
  6. @ Nevins, I meant what year is that one, They had facelift models but I dont know if that one is facelift or pre? @ Gambit, I didnt mean the mk3 mr2, I meant the rev3 which Ive read is around 94reg, I think its the quickest one out of the mk2's. P.S. I dont like the new mr2s/mr-s They look abit girly for me. @ Jagman, I just tried a quote on one of them soarer TT's, £800 insurance, my insurance now is £1600 on the N/A:blink: I will have a look into them but im only 5 foot 10 so I really dont need a big car (interior wise).
  7. Never a black car again martin, I love the colour but it gets scratched so easy and I dont want to go through the stress again. Could anyone tell me which model this 300zx is? (its still not letting me embed youtube vids)
  8. Yeah they're overall a cheap package for you get back on the road it seems. Altough the 300zx tt's seems quite cheap overall and I love BIG cars. Yeah but bare in mind ive owned a supra N/A for almost 3 years, even though I love it every single time I sit in ready to drive it, change would be nice too, + my insurance is stinging me on my supra, I could insure an RX7 for half the the price im paying for the supra.
  9. I was just making the poll mate, its up now.
  10. I would like people with experience with these cars to vote and comment on which of this selection they would buy and for what reason's. Really I would like something with more poke than the N/A Supra however in my eyes the supra wins for looks outside & interior/driving position. EDIT: Me personally I would like to own a 300zx/fairlady, 2nd s14a, 3rd impreza, 4th mr2 & 5th s13.
  11. The front end on an 14a is evil mate,

I didnt have bravo to watch it, Does anyone have a link to watch it. Sounds like a good fight and that alex reid seems a decent guy going off when he was on big brother, even though he is going out with a waste of air.
  13. I was looking at these on autotrader and found this piece here, It looks abit strange but its deffo got the drift look about it. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/200835317622250/original-id/200951348828200/associated-ids/200802301579601%2C200835317622250%2C200950347911962%2C200951348691509%2C201001349631068/usedcars/postcode/bl48jg?logcode=a
  14. You've been doing something right then:sly: My insurance has always gone down when ive had to renew too.
  15. I try admiral/elephant & bell first because they have done good insurance on previous cars like a pulsar gtir when I was just 21, No one else would touch me apart from them 3 companys which I got them to compete for the lowest price for me (I got it to £1900 which was very cheap for my age, the type of car, and the area I live.
  16. My insurance is too high does that count?
  17. Lol yeah I read the thread, Thats the one where I need a second car to have as main driver isnt it? I dont have a second car and ive not really got much room to put anywhere however its something I will think about doing in the near future. I live in clifton mate, in the wonderfull city of Salford, Gun crime is quite high aswell as murder/car theft ect, but I live in the nicest possible part I think. The only car releated problem I had was just over a year ago I seen two known thieves checking my car out, I went and greeted both of them;) and since then they have not been back.
  18. Exactly:Pling: I sort of understand why some people choose not to get insured, Some people who have full familys and not getting benifits from the government have to try and survive I feel for them. I know more than 3 girls in my area (not friends though) who started having kids soon as they left school & they have never worked (typical council estate mum/scrote), but they have decent houses/gardens, ok they're council houses but they still have somewhere to live and they have nothing to worry about (apart from when the kids get too old the mums dont get benifits).
  19. I told them I had been quoted 1k from another company and they tried to match it but could not go lower than £1600, Ive always had to shop around for insurance everytime ive had to switch company for whatever reason, so Im good at that. The thing that winds me up is I can get insured on an RX7 for £750 but I couldnt afford the big bills that comes with running them. Yeah but they all come back over 2k, All these quotes are TPFT by the way Thats super cheap & a good example of what im talking about, if I got quoted that I would pay it all in one easy. It seems like they are out to rip me off personally.
  20. Yeah the same happened to my friend but he's still only paying £700 on his Focus, I know the cost of living is going up ect ect, but how can they spank people more who are already being spanked? I know people on here with the same driving history as me, same age and everything but they live in a different part of england and they are paying around £500 for a year. I wouldn't mind but none of my cars (8 years of owning cars) have ever been broken into or vandalised.
  21. Ok Ive never crashed my supra in almost 3 years of ownership im 25 with very very close to 3yr NCB, I only have 3 points on my licence nothing else. When I first bought the car I was paying 1k for insurance, then it went up to £1300 & now my latest renewal quote is £1600, Which is still cheaper than anyone else but considering ive not crashed or anything in this car I think its a joke and im on the phone to them right now giving them a piece of my mind. With me not being in work I cant afford £1600 so the car's coming of road next month:(
  22. Yeah but you cant get it twice:d I thought there's a good chance of dying if you caught chicken pots when you're older? Get well soon:innocent:
  23. Looks like a mean ass, I wouldn't like to be locked in a cage with that guy. Didn't you say you did training with him? I will look out for him.
