  3. Hey any excuse not to shave.............. Im in (but thats because im lazy) lol.
  4. When I first seen that picture I thought of dodgeball Whats with all these team beard stickers anyway?
  5. I think I may buy this game although I prefer coming out of the vault for the first time, rather than being buried alive for a beginning.
  6. Jumping from space:blink: Not bad. Does anyone know the name of that first song? EDIT: Nevermind I got it now - Sub focus-Last jungle
  7. Hi, ive been in hospital today getting some broken teeth removed and im still drowsy so bare with me if my spelling or grammer is bad. When someone says to me about bulking up I assume they mean getting noticeably bigger, all my goal is to put one 1 stone so I go from 9 to 10stone, That will put me back in my fighting class which is all I want to do, so its a case of getting to that weight and staying there. I dont want to "get bigger" and 1 stone difference wont make me much bigger than I am now. When I used to train It was a nightmare and took a couple of years to get from 9stone to 10 which as you will know shouldnt take that long, after going over what I did it looks like I was eating to much and crapping it back out. I need to go back to bed now I feel abit funny but does this clear anything up for you? I will get back on here tomorrow when I should be more able to think/concentrate.
  8. Sorry to hear of this kris, my thoughts go out to you and your family. R.I.P Alan.
  9. Thanks matey, Go easy on that ticker:thumbs:
  10. Yes thats right I do, But in the past putting on weight was very very hard and now I think it was because I was eating far too much protein and basically I was have like 3 craps a day. Now ive found out that its not about eating as much as you can get, I need to work out how to get the exact amount of protein I need for my weight. Also im not wanting to bulk up I just need to get my weight back to 10stone as ive lost weight since my injury.
  11. Wow Ive been away for a day and theres a fight breaking out:d Ive read everything and my heads spinning after reading about milk, I may lay drinking alot of milk and maybe get calcium another way. @ IDO, Its Mauy thai that I do but I usually just say kickboxing, 15 years is a long time you must have been at a very good level. I got told by the hospital I should'nt go back doing it but it was driving me mad not being able to do it. Anyway ive been back into it for a few months now and everythings going well apart from my cardio & weight issue.
  12. Yes please that would be very helpfull. Im used to rolling my shin lumps/bruises back down with a bottle, so your bottle freezing idea should work well, Im sure I have a big bottle of water somewhere.
  13. Oh right stay away from cheese then, Also I was told the blue cap milk was the best for strengthening bones and the others had crap in them basically. Forgot about cabbage I used to eat a fair bit of that years ago too. Would it not be better to have porrage oats for breakfast and boiled eggs for the next meal? Also am I best eating every two hours? Soon as I get to 10stone again I will keep my weight there so I dont have to worry as much about putting weight on. This is sort of my first stage lol.
  14. EDIT: I thought you said "you do girls" lol nevermind.
  15. Yeah you're right there. Geo and Dude will Know more than me about protein and eating the good stuff, So Its still worth there input and to make sure Im not overdoing it. Ive always kept myself 'slim' like you said weight slows you down + muscle uses more energy and my cardio isn't too good at the moment. Its mainly the fact I dont know how many eggs to eat, Cheese and other things that dont say how much protein they contain. I also need to change my milk to the blue cap one to help strengthen my bones (I used to have very strong shins at one point).
  16. I did Thai boxing for over 3 years but I got a bad injury and had to take a year off, Im now getting back into it but I know a fair few mma fighters and I think I may wanna go in that direction. @ GEO, Yeah ive lost weight during my injury and I went abit downhill eating, and not being able to train made me give up. Its actually 125lbs That I weigh at the moment which I need to moved up to around 145lbs. Ive tried eating as much protein as I can but that didnt work, so after speaking with mates rather than doin what ive read on some websites they said try eating the same amount of protein as what I weigh in lbs. Oh the shake im having is Pro recover which I have after training. I drink water most of the time, always have done. What and end up looking like a banana hehehe. @ Dude, Yes you read right Ive lost weight im 125lbs to be precise, funny enough I look slim but im not super skinny or anything and im still full of muscle no fat. If I can get to 10 stone thats all I need.
  17. I gotta go out now but im sure as soon as he see's 'bodybuilders advice needed' in the title he will drop in with some info.
  18. Yeah I was hoping he would see this thread.
  19. Yeah I will check out the sites later on, I know what I have to do about carbs so rice a fruit will be in my diet. As for the Protein (lol just noticed how ive been spelling it) intake different people need different ways of building the mass, 2g for every kg didnt work for me last time round so ive been told to try 1g for every kg to see if that works for me better. The problem with mass buiding is some peoples body's wont react the same as others so one person's advice may not work for me.
  20. Nail on the head mate. I got injured and had to take a year off training which bummed me out and I started eating crappy food, Now im back in training and when I weighed Myself I was shocked. Im only 5 foot 9 so im short slim and muscle, I just want to get to 70kg.
  21. Yeah but I dont want to rely on shake's I want protine from proper food:d I want to get to certain weight and stay in that weight, I thought I would ask on here as I know theres a few cagefighters and bodybuilder on here. I thought I would try my luck. The main thing I need to know is how much of each should I be eating. I can work out the ones that come in box's but eggs/patato/cheese I dont know how much protine they contain.
  22. To cut a long story short I need to intake 120grams (no more no less) of protine a day to start off with, Aswell has having one protine shake (45gram in one shake) a day. What else can I eat to make up the rest of the 75gram's that I need? Basically I dont know how much protine these items contain that I like to eat (Im picky with my food and I hate fish so thats a no no) I will list the stuff I will be eating and if someone whos knowledgeable could tell me roughly how much of this stuff I need to be eating. I will be eating Porage for breakfast (not sure of much protine in each serving?) * Cheese * Eggs * Rice * Chicken (The amount chicken I eat comes to 28grams) * Potato * Rasins (I will eat them with breakfast and carry them round with me to nibble on between meals) Im not bodybuilding so Im not going for mass and I cant have too much muscle. So long as I get 120gram of protine I can manage myself then.
  23. Yeah I wanted to get individual opinions because most people on here are clued up on the cars they have owned in the past so I think its worth asking. I like all the cars I mentioned and I would like to own any of them, its trying to filter down on the best one for me. Ive looked through the soarers and the best ones have all gone. I may join a few clubs and see if anyone in the area could take me for a spin although the chance of people meeting up with someone who has only made 1 post is slim I bet.
  24. So was I lol, I dont loads about a cars mechanics but I do know the wheels wouldnt spin without the driveshafts hehehe.
