  1. Enlightening. Looks like this one is the one you have and may be all I need: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Innovate-G2-or-G3-Gauge-with-Wideband-controller_W0QQitemZ330178453673QQihZ014QQcategoryZ72205QQcmdZViewItem Hmm, then maybe PLX is the one I need becuase theres not much difference in price and it seems to be so flash, and upgradable.
  2. Lol Just been busy with my car today, thats all. I'll get it to work, they can't be faulty surely.. must be my installation. I'll get someone to check the wiring. failing that, ill revert back to the old lights temporally.
  3. Yup, and I'll never miss what I never had.
  4. Fitted them an hour or so ago. Oh well.
  5. Yes Ian, thats what it sounds like. oh well. I better change my profile so that it says uk instead of usa. thanks
  6. Always been broken.. will look at fuses and bulbs read it before tried to turn on, still no joy. normal light unit, I turn them on by twisting the fog light ring on the lights stalk, but this only ever turns on my rear fogs, never the front ones.
  7. both of them don't work.. am I missing something silly, probably but what could it be?
  8. wait will post more when I have the lights back in and semi cleaned up.
  9. that when they had that diesel BMW that lost its splitter?
  10. private seller mate. before that it was imported. pm me and ill give you details. Lol Anja, let me at least enjoy it like this for a while. No need to fear speed bumps. Although not sure what would happen at high motorway speeds? Looks like i defo need some good mesh, that heater matrix (or what ever that is between the FMIC and the RAD, looks very fragile... Carl
  11. now that you mention it L, the sump is in the way and has to go!.. now!!
  12. glad I also didn't know. nice not to be the only newb.
  13. lol. I can see the confusion. I suppose this thread should read in conjunction with the veilside splitter thread. Anyway, its my bad for misleading you. Its not the FMIC that im taking off to improve clearance its the front splitter that I'm taking off - and just managed it. I thought I needed to take off an FMIC hose to get access to the splitter bolts, but I managed without. It looks much better without the splitter - even more crazy and agressive, so right up my street. So Happy that I did it. I thought about repairing and eventually re-fitting the splitter, now I'm not so sure. I might just bin it.
  14. Well through perserverance I managed to remove the front splitter. Although I'm not averse to the Veil kit as some, I can say that the difference is astounding. I will post pics up as soon as my mobile stops being a bugger. Now the front end is circumsised from the foreskin of veilsideness. I'm improving it I hope, and giving it increased clearance. http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/2223/12122007464xe9.jpg http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/6697/12122007465xv3.jpg
  15. a tiny scrape on an unseen area. i got 4" clearance at the moment
  16. Give me increased ground clearance at the front, until next year when I get my car raised.
  17. thanks pretty much academic now anyway, since I can't get access to the final two bolts to take the thing off: the FMIC hose is blocking it.
  18. it's obviously been idiot proofed. Cant get access to the jubilee clip to take off the hose. And yes, big pipes here 2.5". Guess I will have to give up and screw it all back on, it was fun though.
  19. If I was to permanently remove this what would be the affect on handling? In general what is the purpose of splitters anyway? Thanks Carl
  20. I'm about to take the hoses off, but not unless there's coolant in there. I have no idea becuase I'm a newb. Carl
  21. a toy?! so the supra is a girls car? how different is a supra from an evo? They both have internal combustion engines right? Both can be modded right? You must have had some serious mods to your evo to get it to that power, or did you just hand it to a mechanic? As for engine mods.. High lift cams is one. uprated turbo - hybrids, or singles, is another. im sure others can tell you more. Why are you selling the evo anyway man, sounds like you have you're dream car.
  22. ah, the petrol costs strike again! I would personally go for a 2005 prius. But thats just me,
  23. Damn guys stop saying you're old at 39 80 is old.
  24. Yeah £8500 seems more realistic. If it had engine mods to back up the looks like mine, then it would be worth that. Plus if it was a manual like Big Red One says.
