  1. Sorry to hear it! Makes note to self: Take it easy...
  2. Imi m8, I was wondering whether the replacement pipe you got from Daytona was of a high enough rating to take the way you drive your car... Let's be honest you don't hang about much... Also rather than get the original Toyota Part is there such a thing as an uprated version? Sorry if this is a stupid suggestion, I am after all a technical numptie

    Tyre Advice

I have Toyo T1-Rs all round. Personally I love them, massive grip dry or wet and after 4000 miles they look like new! OK, bear in mind I am not a jet pilot driver like some on here so I don't exactly rag the arse off the car.
  4. I can't give you a technical reply but I also read all the threads with interest. Personally I am sticking with twins, I'm very happy with my 1/2 BPU (1.05 bar) and going to go up very slowly and methodically with well researched steps to about 400 - 430 bhp. So far everything has been added methodically, first prepping for BPU (tyres, BOV, Wideband, plugs, filter, exhaust, better brake pads & lines) and some bling of course Seats replaced etc. Now I'll be very slowly adding things like upgraded SMIC, replacing old pipes etc. before going any higher boost. Just my £0.02

    Poxy weather

OK I was hoping for a small cold dry spell, just enough to get the cold air through the turbos just for one run, then happy to stand under an umbrella all day.

    Supra Virgin

Great bunch here, I should know, I was a Supra Virgin December 2006, now look at me, I am an authority on how to spend money upgrading a Supra I was definitely keeping standard
  9. I'm really sorry to hear it, I was looking forward to seeing it at Pod!
  10. Someone should be along shortly....
  11. Exactly the same symthoms as me: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=113869 Fixed with new battery
  12. I replaced the Japanese pads (God knows what they were!) for Porterfield Fast Road pads (courtesy of Whifbitz) and today had Goodridge braided hoses put on. It's like throwing out an anchor when you stamp on the pedal! As an aside, the boot rubbers where replaced and now at last I can drive in a silent interior, no more clunking noises..... except for the lovely exhaust tone I am Nurburgring ready....

  18. It's the other drivers that are the problem! I've been motorcycling for 20 years and I sold mine in January, it's just not as fun as it used to be now there are more complete prats on the road than ever before!

  20. They are light weight alloys!!!!! Tom C7's 1990's fashion I like them I'm keeping them! When I had them refurbed the chap picked up one rim on his little finger, they are light as a feather! In terms of spending money, hell yer, I have no dependents so the Supra gets anything she wants! (or I want ) Pic of new look rear lights: (bit dark, 30secs before it started raining!) http://www.henk-van-roest.com/supra/11.jpg
  21. Pics tomorrow as the car is in a right dirty state from the rainy drive back from Karting yesterday.
